Week 2
[The Champions have now been here for one week, and while the dud of a first incentive didn't tempt anybody, the fact remains obvious: a lack of murder isn't going to be the thing that gets you out of here.
Blaze Dudely and Rox have not made a reappearance since Tuesday, leaving you to your own devices for the moment. That door they entered and exited through remains locked, and there is no new area to access this week. Are you sure they're even still back there? Despite their absence, you all wake up on Sunday morning from strange dreams. What to make of it?
You can only hope it's not a bad omen for the rest of the week.]
(( Don't forget to turn in your AC for Week 1, submit your memory regain, and turn in your Benefactor threads! ))
WEDNESDAY

In the cafeteria, which is clean of blood, he gets an empty box from the storage room--one Slaine hasn't used for his fort, anyway--with a free to a good home sign on it, filled with stuff. He'll be doing some of his judo or whatever the hell he does to work out in silent not-quite-peace in the corner, bothering nobody. You're welcome.
Actually, he spends a decent amount of time in there between breakfast and lunch, like he's waiting for something that isn't happening. Stares at the locked door. Takes some notes--the notes look like elaborate computer code, actually. Watches the short clip of his particular motive.
After lunch, though, he's a busybody, seemingly poking around in all the rooms not unlike the first few days. He even grabs a red marker and starts marking off areas that might be out of view of the cameras, although someone with a keener eye for lenses and angles might want to help. He pokes at vents, drains, giving everywhere a new thorough combthrough. Increasingly frustrated.
And then he's in one of the library's study rooms. The door isn't locked, nor the blinds drawn. There are more notes, more computer gibberish in a notebook but on the whiteboard he's sitting back and considering are notes about the rules. And the Overseers. Ideas, things noticed, what they've learned and picked up on.]

He really liked Chloe.
Once he does finally drag himself to his feet, though, he finds a veritable treasure trove awaiting him. It rankles, it feels tacky--is this some kind of consolation prize? But he paws through it, and what he finds...
His first stop is to track down Lunafreya, with what feels like miles of flowing white silk in his arms, almost holding his breath until he finds her. Then he's looking for Roxy with a different outfit, just to see if perhaps he has something belonging to the famous Janey.
After that, he disappears for a little while, and when he comes back... he's wearing it, shorts over tights and all. The only change is that he's cut off the sleeves, perhaps for the #chloesthetic, though the sleeves have been reconstituted as black and grey wristbands. That's for the #promptoesthetic, as is his finally properly styled hair. PUNK LIVES, MOTHERFUCKERS.
Armful by armful, he brings other things he considers up for grabs to the cafeteria. Let's be real, he doesn't know what half of this is, he doesn't want it. He sits beside his offerings, staring with furrowed brow at a photo.
Later, just after dinner, he's in the art room with a different photo, trying--even though his eyes are red and he has to keep blinking back something wet, even though he's not a good artist at all--to sketch Chloe in next to the Max she drew on her canvas the other night.]

But Lucina has gotten more stuff today, and one of the items...looks too much like the device Rox Petuu used. It makes Lucina nervous just to look at it. So it, along with everything else and the other things she still can't find a use for get tossed into the Tiny Car and wheeled out into the cafeteria to...well, she's not sure. Maybe someone will come by and take some of it?
She pointedly does not look where Chloe's body had laid (free of blood, free of everything, were there really arms in the ceiling that cleaned up after them?) when she enters, and it's important to note that she's wearing something completely new (sans the diadem). It suits her well, more a second skin than the unitard had been. She's pushing that car along, looks up, and...]

[The rest of the day she can be found in the media room, sitting in a chair as close to the corner as possible, knees pulled up to her chest. Ostensibly she's watching 'The Spirits Within', starting from the beginning this time, but more often she's looking down at the small device from the motive - frequently taking her eyes off the movie screen to play the Overseer's video again.]

the first thing yuri does is yelp at the karamatsu dakimakura in disgust; he'd probably start yelling for karamatsu to show himself, but he's far too exhausted and emotionally drained for that. so he's going to karamatsu's room and just...dumping it outside???
the next thing he does is take the permanent marker and go next door to room 17. he...seems to be writing something on the door. upon closer inspection, you see that he's writing CHLOE in big letters. after he's done, he just...stares at the door for a few moments before heading back to his room.
outside of chloe's room is a pile of stuff, though...and there, he finds his phone. yuri takes it immediately--it feels sort of wrong to do so, but it's his, after all.
he can be found lounging in the media room with a giant cat in the seat next to him. he's not...watching anything, though. just...sitting around, playing on his phone. ]

she looks a little miserable, after she's finished rolling, and ends up deciding to meditate. right there.
later, korra's in the cafeteria at first, but she doesn't look hungry. However, she sure does look like a water tribe girl again! But even with the new clothes, she's looking a little dejected and poking at her food.
and finally, in the library, she's curled up with an emergency response manual. at first she wasn't sure what to make of it, but honestly? the further she gets into it, the more horrifying it looks.]

Re: Hallways

now with 50% less misfire
And oh. Oh does Karamatsu find some things.
In the Cafeteria after breakfast so he's not in the way of people trying to eat, Karamatsu has spread out most of the items he received (though some seem to be missing since he wants to keep them, just ask) with a note taped to the front of the table saying that they're up for trade with an extra note that if it's something clearly yours he'll just give it to you. Particularly because there is a strange pair of pants here that look like they might belong to Kaiba. But that's not what might catch your attention.
Behind the table, standing there with his arms folded over his chest and a dumb grin on his face, is a lifesize cardboard cutout of Karamatsu. He will be serving you today while Karamatsu watches from a short distance to see what people think of his son.
Later on in the day you will find Karamatsu in the Media Room sitting in a chair with an Otamatone he's received. He has...actually not seen or owned one of these before, so he's been sitting and fiddling with it trying to figure out how it works...when suddenly, he squeezes the squishy face and it lets out a godawful BWAAAA that nearly makes him jump from his seat in surprise.]

She doesn't come out for a couple more hours.
When she does, she's dressed very differently, sans any stains but the skirt still looks a little threadbare around the edges. Despite the slight redness to her eyes, she looks more composed and ready to face the day. Her first port of call is are the items that have been delivered over night, one of which appears to be... an odd looking roomba with a knife taped to the top of it that immediately begins running into her ankles at such an angle that she avoids being stabbed... but it definitely looks annoying.
Later, in the cafeteria she's managed to heft the items to a table facing away from where... everything had happened yesterday, and is busying herself with an array of items, sorting them into piles. So far only the book and the lip balm seem to have gone in a "to keep" pile. The roomba is now stationary by her ankles... but it might charge at you if you approach her too quickly. Who knows. It seems... protective?
Towards the end of the day, she's outside the storage room.]
Stay there--no, I said stay--! [The roomba eventually stops outside the room, beeps, and remains motionless. With a deep, and determined sigh, Miki spins on her heel and enters the storage room. She looks around, and then starts stacking the remaining boxes into a slightly wobbly looking stack, and clambers up it until she's in front of the camera.
Very pointedly, she raises both hands up to the camera so they can be seen, and then folds them behind her back. She is not touching the camera in any way. Once she's satisfied she's made her point clear, she tentatively starts peering at the camera from different angles - she's looking for something. But she isn't quite sure what.]

[Since the incident on Tuesday, Osomatsu and his brother had both retreated to what is now "their" bedroom, mortified from watching someone actually die right in front of their eyes. The two are from a gag anime, something they both know very well so people die all the time but... it's never been real. They've always come back the next episode, or even the next skit so to see someone get shot like that and not come back the next morning is... hard. It's very hard to swallow.
But thankfully, they've both been given distractions.
So you'll find Osomatsu in the cafeteria this morning, covered in two jackets. One that's a nice, sturdy kevlar jacket, and over top of that one is a jacket that looks much bigger than he is. The sleeves barely stop above his knuckles and the bottom of the jacket goes down to his mid-thigh... it was definitely made for someone bigger than him. He looks like a marshmallow man as he shuffles around table to table during breakfast, and when he stops by your table he'll greet everyone with a serious looking expression on his face.]
This is the Alcohol Police. I'm afraid I'm gonna have'ta check all your alcohol before you can go around drinking it, sirs and ma'ams.
[He just wants a drink.]
ii.
[After a morning filled with eventfulness, Osomatsu can be found in the art room. He might be a little drunk from what he could get his hands on earlier, so he's. Spending some time in there posing on a table, waiting for someone to come along and paint him
like one of their french girls. Sometimes naked, sometimes fully clothed. If you enter the room he won't actually talk to you immediately, so it's almost like there's an eerily realistic Osomatsu statue in there... almost.]iii. closed to kara
[Sometime in the evening, Osomatsu decides to go on a quest. A quest with a certain unwrapped ball of soap and glitter in his hand. He's sneaking around the ship like he was in a Metal Gear Solid game, hiding from people and peeking around corners until finally: he spots him. His adorable little brother toting his cardboard cutout of himself back to their bedroom.]
HYAAAHHHHHHHHHH!
[Osomatsu rushes out from behind the corner of a wall, screaming as he runs straight for his brother head on and without even a second of hesitance, throws that tightly packed ball of soap right at Karamatsu's face, expecting it to explode in a puff of glitter and soap all over him.]

Maybe that's why he goes by her room first thing. That's where he finds his uniform and, of all things, a container of still hot curry. He recognizes it by smell.
Once he's dressed: red and black plaid slacks, a white turtleneck, loafers and black suspenders of all things- he shows up in the cafeteria for breakfast. It takes him some time but he's divided out small bowls each with a few bites of the curry and rice for anyone that wants some. There's not enough for a meal for everyone... But the smell alone seems to revitalize the spirit.

She has a table in the cafeteria with most of her stuff on it and piece of paper listing out what items she has and are willing to trade. It says to write down what they took and what they gave. The only criteria is that it's something fun, interesting, or hers.
Zombina can be found in one of the conference rooms with the black hole picture she painted placed tastefully against the wall somewhere. The mood's getting too somber for her taste so it looks like she's starting to write up.... oh dear lord is that a Hot or Not chart? Zombina why?
Later in the day, the red head can be found putting up an large canvas in a corner of the cafeteria. It has Memorial Canvas painted at the top. There's a piece of paper containing instruction next to it, along with some various writing utensils.]
Zombina here. I figured that somekinda memorial or way ta remember Chloe-chan needed ta be done. She went out in a distressing and traumatic way, so, I uh, figured that writing down things we miss, liked, or otherwise thought of her might help keep her memory alive and like, since we can't really hold an decent funeral, serve as an placeholder of sorts. Feel free ta leave offerings or stuff ya think she'd of liked here.
Chloe Price is written near the top with an underline below it. Zombina appears to have written something already.]
Chloe-chan, you were an riot ta be around and I considered us friends. I mean, ya did help me put myself back together, so that was an real bonding experience. Ya were an real spitfire and the kinda person ya want ta cause chaos with. It was both incredibly brave and stupid what ya did and I regret not stopping ya. I hope that ya are in a better place now. [After that, he can be found in the hallway, where Korra left her portrait of Chloe. He's adding his own, of her in a different light and position, because the object isn't to make a replacement picture, or a better one, even if he is the Champion of that. It's just...another one. More of them.
...shit, though, he's lurking around here feeling sorry for himself on a ship with a bunch of traumatized teenagers. He hasn't got the luxury, has he? In the kitchen again in the evening, he seems at least a little more upbeat.]
