[The Champions have now been here for one week, and while the dud of a first incentive didn't tempt anybody, the fact remains obvious: a lack of murder isn't going to be the thing that gets you out of here.

Blaze Dudely and Rox have not made a reappearance since Tuesday, leaving you to your own devices for the moment. That door they entered and exited through remains locked, and there is no new area to access this week. Are you sure they're even still back there? Despite their absence, you all wake up on Sunday morning from strange dreams. What to make of it?

That's good to hear. It would be a shame if something were to happen to it overnight.

[Mostly because Karamatsu seems so fond of it? Seems like he'd end up being disappointed if it was destroyed or defaced and such.]

[More like heartbroken. But he'd do well not to show it...he has to save face, after all.]

So, ah- do you see anything you might like that I have, Slaine-san?

[Right, now that he isn't focused on the cutout, it's not hard to notice the model just sitting there in the pile.]

Oh, this is... [He picks it up and just takes a moment to stare at it.] A Sky Carrier? But why would anyone...

[??? give him a moment, he's confused.]

Ah yes, that! ...I am not entirely sure what that is, to be honest.

Are you familiar with it?

Um, yes. It is a Versian military transport plane. I've been trained to pilot one myself so I know it well, but... it is still strange to see that someone has made a figurine of it.

Oh! Well in that case, you should keep it! It is very nicely made, but I have no use for it myself. It would mean something to you, anyway.

You're certain? I don't have anything I can give back to you, unless you would prefer a favor instead.

I am certain! I have a lot of things here I am not sure what to do with. That would have collected dust in the trunk in my room, otherwise.

Just consider it as a gift from a friend, non?

[There's some mild surprise there, but it quickly turns into a smile.]

[Karamatsu inclines his head...then thinks to reach out and grab the cut-out, dipping it forward slightly as well.]

Of course! If anyone happened to find my guitar, or something similar, I would be elated to have it back. It is the right thing to do.

Of course, I will keep an eye out. [A guitar though, huh...] You play music then, Mr. Karamatsu?

I do, yes! Acoustic guitar to be specific. It is a great stress reliever.

I see. I think that would also be a good way to raise spirits, if you would be willing to play for everyone here. Are there certain songs you prefer?

[karappo]

I had been planning on it! Playing for everyone, I mean. I have been writing a song over the last week or so...so I hope I can finish it before anything else untoward happens.

As far as songs go...I am quite fond of romantic ballads. Sad, sultry tones...though I would play anything once.

I look forward to hearing it, then. Do you mind if I ask what it is about?

Not at all. I am writing something optimistic and uplifting. Something to put our spirits into something a little better than they have been, recently.
