[ Choromatsu's eyes don't reopen all Friday. He maybe stirs now and then or mumbles something incoherent but he doesn't waken. Even without the loss of blood. the drugs and the trauma, his sleep schedule has been all out of whack for two weeks now. His body takes all the time it needs to finally rest.
On Saturday however...
The last thing Choromatsu remembers from before he passed out was the warmth of someone else next to him. So as he starts to come to nothing strikes him as wrong yet. It's only when he's alert enough to realize that he's on a bed and clothed rather than half naked on the bath room floor that his eyes shoot open and he awakes with a start. And shouting. ]
--Takumi?! Takumi!!
[ He's going to try and get up if someone doesn't stop him. ]
[Oh you better believe someone is stopping him. Someone who has been here basically just... this whole time, keeping an eye on both him and Queenie. Looks like he made the right call.
Heart almost casually puts a hand on Choromatsu's shoulder, pushing him back down if necessary.]
[ It's about midday when Yuuri stops by. She has no idea if he's sleeping or if he even wants visitors -- so her knock and her voice, when she calls out, are both soft. ]
... Choromatsu-kun, are you awake? I've brought you something to eat.
[ Choromatsu is awake, though he keeps coming in and out of consciousness (mostly because he doesn't have much else to do BUT rest right now). The knock alerts him though. ]
Um... c-come in.
[ The door should be a little open, so it's easier for people to come and go. ]
[Not sleeping well during the night afforded her the chance to check on him, change lines and such, and finally removal of the IV and getting him dressed the rest of the way. So Nari isn't back until well past noon with a cup of something that smells strange.]
[ He turns his head to Nari when she comes in, wondering what that strange smell is... ]
Um... let me try...
[ He's been sitting up with help but not on his own so far so here goes. His arms still hurt but he manages to get himself up with only as much push from them as he needs. ]
[When tomorrow comes, Church spends some quality time in the garden, considering some flowers for fucking once, singing with the pigeons, and picking more fruit. In the kitchen, he's munching on some of said fruits while flipping through one or two of the cookbooks, occasionally dogearing a page.
He'll also make a point of tearing down his timeline in the dining room that he'd been marking names off on. It sure as fuck doesn't matter anymore. He'll also have his yard sard while playing with the tarot deck he got.
...He's also going to the morgue. Honestly it wasn't even because of anything to do with Choro, but, uh, well, he's gonna go there.]
[ And who else would you expect to see in the garden, if not the Champion Green Thumb? She seems like she's in much better spirits than she usually is when on Saturday garden duty but honestly that's not exactly a high bar to clear. ]
They're so loud today. [ she's referring to the pigeons and it certainly doesn't sound like she's displeased. ] They must like having someone to sing along with.
[He lets the birdies carry on with the song, and he tosses her--you know what? An apple.] Bet the audience loves this shit. They should go on tour. I wonder if they're common in this galaxy?
[ It's a beautiful morning aboard the IGS Fantasy Sweet. Or as beautiful as it gets when there's no natural sunlight, anyways. Yuuri's up and about bright and early in the kitchen, making breakfast again. Despite all the panic and anxiety of yesterday she seems to be in remarkably good spirits this morning. She's even humming as she cooks. Once she's done, there's another breakfast buffet set out in the dining room for anyone to come and peruse. If you still trust everyone's food, of course.
She spends some time visiting Choromatsu during the day -- keeping an eye on him and making sure he's getting what he needs to heal up. But after that, she takes to the rest of the mansion, looking out for her fellow Champions. If you're not busy when she spots you, she'll approach, with her accounting book in hand and a pen on her face. ]
What's your favorite kind of flower? Just humor me.
[ Come afternoon and if you're looking out for Yuuri, you'll see her in the garden. It doesn't look like she's doing any of the usual planting or pruning, though. She's got a big mixing bowl from the kitchen and she's carefully picking some plants and flowers from the plots and dropping them in there. Hm. ]
[She's hardly left Choro's side since yesterday morning but he's doing well enough now that she's letting herself take a little time away. She was going to go get her lacework but she pauses when Rii stops her.]
I would say Moly flowers but Lee kinda ruined 'em.
Hmmm... I know there's all sortsa meanings for flowers, and a lot of 'em are potion ingredients but...Flowers that actually happen in New England? I love Bellflowers, they're so pretty. Especially Canterbury Bells.
I gotta admit one of the flowers we grew at school for potions were really pretty though. Asphodel? Mmm the flower of the Greek Elysium Fields? They're lovely and sad.
[Rii-san already knows Arianna's favorite flower, so this mysterious bowl phenomenon is her first hint that Yuuri is up to something. And it has her s t a r i n g. FLOWER SALAD???]
[In the morning, one might find oneself accosted by one of a pair of pigeons, who will coo insistently until someone checks out the little rolled-up playing card cylinder tied to her leg and finds the following message:
The garden's a happening spot to be today, apparently. So as not to break up any songfests, Junpei's taking willing pigeons aside one at a time to kit each out with her own message tube. As he works, he's humming something that might be familiar.
By afternoon he, Michi, and Tie have moved up to the second floor rest area, where he's... drawing shaky grids over equally shaky doodles? Huh.]
[Arianna still doesn't properly have a bird, but she's ended up in the garden anyway (like most people apparently), and she stops to watch Junpei work.]

I would really recommend staying put for now.
