[Nine weeks, seven cases, eight Champions remaining. Something has to give and it's bound to be soon.

So come morning, he's...fine. He's not in anything exceedingly tight. He's not horny to high hell. He checks the chapel just to make sure it's still there, and it is. Fiddles with his phone, the same one he used at the trial. Sits in a pew several away from the PAK. He's quiet, contemplative. Upset. They ran into a trap, knowing it was a trap, and paid the price for it. He doesn't know if it means Kip's with the others or just...gone. He's got Noctis' letter in one of his many pockets. Why do people write them? He's not nearly as distraught over this one as Ardyn's, but still...sucks. But maybe he gets it. Say a few last words. Spread hope. He taps at the phone, looks up.]

[Later, he lingers around the information desk, looking around and looking for a certain robot.]

[From there, he spends some time in the garden, tending to the forget-me-nots and the gladiolus and the bluebells. The iris and the lilac. The carnation, the cosmos. The zinnia and azalea. Anything that looks familiar. It's not much more than patting the soil, drizzling with water, making sure nothing looks dead, but it's what he's got. And cracks open some packs of assorted nuts and dried fruits for the pigeons. He appreciates their song choice today.
You can find him carting around a big wheeled laundry cart, and he's making several stops, putting items into it. Like he's gathering a lot of supplies? He stops at storage, the restaurant, the convenience store, the infirmary, Universe--when he's done he'll leave it eventually in the bathroom with a sheet overtop. Not that it'll keep anyone from looking if they're curious.
At last, he sits back at Spacebucks, sipping on something and scribbling something out on paper. He doesn't look totally happy with it, crosses things out or erases other things. Sometimes he shuffles to a different page to bend over and scribble on.]

God, their first ally, the Spitter account, the text conversations that made Jane feel like she was back home again, and then the spaceport, Presley Interstellar Spaceport and the fans and the plan and how it all fell apart with all the things they tried to do, to fight and to run and her knife, that bitch took her knife and held onto it to kill Jamie, it had to of been that awful shark bitch, it's all her fault, they threatened him, the network threatened Jaycee and he had to betray them and he mustn't have wanted to, no, and Jamie and Kip got them out only to be caught again - Kip was dead, he'd been so brave and she'd promised him a kiss when she turned eighteen and he was dead, Jamie had gone off to buy them time and he got away but now he was dead too, and that bitch shot-

Jane is in room 11 until around noon, awake and trembling with the weight of her memories and the sheer amount of emotions coursing through her body. When she does leave, though, she heads for Gate 1-25 and stares at the picture of Rox Petuu for a long, long moment.
And then, she takes the portrait and the cellphone off the desk, and hurls them at the ground, letting out a blood-curdling, raw-throated scream. Until they're broken, she'll keep picking them up and throwing them down, her shouts wordless and pained, as if they could convey all that was inside of her.]

That's why, on this day in Room One, Pyrrha leaps out of bed and comes for her sisters, Max and Fukawa. If they're still in bed, they're getting shook awake. Lightly, of course. She's not a monster.]
Hey! I think they're back- Everything, it's all come back!
[Still. Even the rush of good memories of her friends and family wouldn't keep Pyrrha's spirits up all day. She settles into more of a calm mood as she spends her day alongside two birds - Kipsie and Harold the robo parrot - who both seem keen to ride on their owner's shoulders at all times.
First thing she does in the day is head to the diner with her little companions. While Harold and Kipsie content themselves with whatever it is space birds do, Pyrrha's hard at work making food. She works hard, meticulously, showing the peak of her skills as she prepares a great amount of food. Some of it's healthy, some of it isn't, there's enough for everyone.
Which is the point, as when she's done, she gathers up a good lunch for herself and heads down to the garden. There, she sits, and takes everything in. The flowers, the birds, she makes sure to let Kipsie mingle with her family, Harold too, though he seems more keen on squawking for her sandwich. She promised she would take care of Kipsie, may as well extend that to the others as well.
She makes a quick stop at the concourses as well. They're just small pitstops at gates 3-5 and 4-20. Everyone should know why she's stopping by those by now.
Even later, when everyone should be asleep, Pyrrha is still awake. She's in the exercise yard, seated on the ground. If anyone walks in, they'll notice that she's got... a metal broom resting in her lap?
She turns her gaze up to the huge window, at the innumerable stars that blinked in and out of view. Billions of worlds out there, possibly watching them. And she speaks.]
If... if you're still there, I know what I tried to do was terrible... but I couldn't sit by. Now she's gone, but I'm still here... and I promised her I would stay. If you're still there, I will keep my promises. And no network, or Rox Petuu will stop me.
[It seems like she's just speaking to the air, but to her, it's very different. She's reaching out.]

Arianna wakes up understanding how she was able to wish death on Xander so easily at the beginning. It was because of Rox Petuu that she learned how to hate.
She heads for the diner again today, but only stops there briefly. If you want to see Arianna this morning, you want the exercise yard. Sir Canaan is nibbling at a pile of berries near the entrance, while Arianna is angrily throwing basketballs at the walls, at exercise equipment... probably not at you, but maybe don't sneak up on her.
The afternoon brings her to the duty-free shop to pick up some stuff. The first batch has some good stuff, like her armor, which she puts on immediately, and a pin that looks like it probably belongs to someone. The second batch has a Wolfjob, which she examines closely for a moment, then drops, screaming.]

Now that it's all back she has a lot of mixed feelings. But most of all there's this anxious, upset energy that she doesn't know what to do with. In the end she ends up in the exercise yard running it off. Which is-- odd for her. She's not much for exercise normally.
Afterwards she collapses and just rests it off. She has some regrets. But staring up at the sky. It's... familiar. She remembers sitting in this place-- or the one like it-- with Leon. She takes a deep breath.
Later she drags herself to Tailor where she appears to be using needle and thread to make a carrying bag. If they're going to get out of here eventually, she could probably use something to carry the things she needs. Once it's made she makes a point of gathering things from the Infirmary. Things are getting bad. So... she wants to be prepared.]

[Tiki beeps in distress, seeming to argue... then finally gives up, letting Xander pick her and her up and turn her off, placing her inside with her charging station.
The rest of the day he checks on all the others, and can be found just about anywhere, though in the evening he sits in the VIP lounge, sipping a hot tea and thinking. If anyone passes, he might flag them down]

It's a simple two-word phrase, but it carries an incredible amount of weight to it that settles in Jane's chest, in the aching, hurting place the death and despair had ripped open in her heart, and it fills it up. It won't be there forever, it won't fix everything, but it's a start.
Jane begins her day sorting through her spoils from the Duty Free, lingering especially over the photo album. Her memory hasn't faded enough for her not to recognize Bolton, and she's smart enough to have a vague grasp of what the men in hospital beds and the patchwork quilt on the National Mall mean. There's quite a lot of mementos of the dead that they've collected, and somehow they've got to bring as many of them as possible along...maybe in a laundry hamper? But for the things that have come to Jane, she'll deliver them herself. Even if it's difficult.
From there, Jane hurries back to room 11, the door propped open with a laundry hamper as she tosses in as much junk and unneeded things as she can to sort through what's really important, and them jamming those things into a Cancer Nebula drawstring pack. Lil' Sebastian is no longer disassembled, but he's still turned off, a yellow hankie tied around his neck as he waits for Jane to put him in the bag. She doesn't know if he'll be okay if she turns him on. She doesn't know how long rigged cellphone and tablet batteries will last as a power source for such a complex robot. But he's got to come with them - if they need him, he might get them a few minutes of time to do something.
After that, Jane sets off for the Bar 'n Grill to cook. She makes, surprisingly enough, things you might find in a bento box: rice, hardboiled eggs, meatballs and sauteed vegetables...anything that could fit into tupperware containers that aren't hard to carry. Granted, she doesn't think she'll be able to fit them with her own things, but if they split some food among themselves, some of it is bound to get to Rad and Bur, and some of it is also bound to come with them to wherever they might set off to.]

All these personal items...he's pretty sure they can't take all of them. But he'll be leaving it sitting by the elevators. Divvy out the things we can and can't take if we gotta go, guys.
And then he spends time in room 7. Sorting through his own items. And Ardyn's. And Junpei's. What to put in a bag, what can be reasonably carried, what can be shoved in the coat, what can be worn without bogging him down too much. All while Bride of Ruri putters around the room and occasionally comes to rest by the pile of stuffed animals.]

After breakfast (in the diner again), Arianna visits the memorials. First she walks out among the various concourses--all four of them--and then she pays a visit to room 4. There she removes the extra folded piece of paper that memorialized Nari. But in both areas she also gathers up some of the other things that have been left here. Lucina's sword. One of the copies of Clarith's Levin Bible. The portrait of Yuuri and Ruu. Choromatsu's bookmark and the drawing of his brothers. Natsuhi's dress. These she takes with her back to room 5, her room, where she starts carefully packing.
When she emerges, she's all dressed up and carrying the same tote bag she used in Friday's investigation (no longer full of hardlight fragments). Is she preparing for something, or has the princess's quirkiness just taken an exciting new turn that leads her to wear armor and a cardigan at the same time and bring potato chips wherever she goes? It's hard to be sure.
Either way, she has both Dumpy and Sir Canaan in tow when she arrives in the aquarium, where she tries to talk to the fish.

Anyway, after that>, she returns to the first floor and goes to the information desk, where she quietly returns The Scylla Defense to the rack.
Then she heads back upstairs to garden and heads straight for the pigeon coop, which she immediately throws open.]

[Regardless of what the pigeons think of their emancipation, she stays in the garden for the rest of the morning, looking at flowers and waiting.]

...I can't believe that we stayed together twice like this and both times... we'll be able to leave this place together.
