Friday morning after CECE awakens everyone with her usual cheery announcement over their PIPs it's dead quiet, the oppressive threat to their homes still lingering in the air. There's still hours to go before the deadline but will someone really have the guts to go through with it in such small quarters?

[OH MY GOD, A DIANOGA IS EATING HIS FLESH HAND- nah, it's just a bunch of empty food packets and coffee grounds. But hm, what are these scraps of torn up paper in here?]

[There's a lot of them, about a couple of notebook pages worth, all torn up into bits and tossed in the bin.]

[McBurn will come join them by the rubbish bin, though not to help with the puzzle. Definitely don't want the guy who starts fires near paper and all.]

Did either of you leave the screwdriver on the counter?

[Natsuhi lifts her head to scowl at him. But Lukes here so she's fine with focusing on the papers again.]

I did. It was mixed in with the cutlery.

You'll find the box it came in on the counter.

[He's wasted enough time on this already and will be leaving with some food now.]

You know, she's going to keep this with her. That way when she finds out who it belongs to she can tell them not leave their things around ffffffs.]
