Friday morning after CECE awakens everyone with her usual cheery announcement over their PIPs it's dead quiet, the oppressive threat to their homes still lingering in the air. There's still hours to go before the deadline but will someone really have the guts to go through with it in such small quarters?

[Okay then he's gonna take the coffee his player is assuming exists and sit in the Communal Dining Hall for a few minutes and try to figure out what to try today. Maybe he can pry up the controls in the Zero G room or something.]

It's far too quiet for the circumstances...

Low. It's too close to the deadline to continue to hope for an alternative. At this point...it's down to following their demands, or else hope their threat is a bluff.

There's something I'm missing, some detail we can exploit and I'm just not seeing it yet.

If we had more time, perhaps. But we have little time left in which to execute a plan even if we did discover a weakness.

I've also found no way to connect to the craft's main systems from in here. We're well isolated from any means of striking back.

Kind of wish they hadn't personally. It does make me wonder what the hell kind of technology we're dealing with that I can't find a single rivet to hold this ship together.

[Yeah but his screwdriver can unscrew data, not just nuts and bolts. It is the superior unscrewing tool, unless you need to use it on wood.]

It's not the station itself that worries me, it's the tech that brought us all here. Scoopin' up people from all over time without havin' all of history get unraveled isn't easy. Near impossible, in fact.
