Week 4
[After everything that this case was, you probably don't want to deal with anything else. But you wake up on Sunday, just like before, with some new memories, and some new stores to check out.
Let's see what this week brings.]
Sunday | Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday
(( Don't forget to check in, and check your memory regains! You can also stop by the gacha machine and Xander's office hours. ))

[jesus christ where did he come from]

...no. No, these paintings just... speak to me, I suppose.
no subject
Do they, now? [He glanced to the paintings, tilting his head slightly and studying them.] ...interesting. I've never had much of an eye for art myself, but I can't say anything strikes me about them.
no subject
They certainly are well made. But I can't say what it is.

Your conditions make such a thing understandable. This is something rather more mundane.

[There was the infuriating smile again.]
Then please, do educate me. Whatever could be the problem--heavens, you've not suffered a concussion, have you?

You're being obstinate for it's own sake, and I am not being paid enough to deal with it.
[So he just goes back to looking at the paintings]
no subject
...But truthfully, I did follow you in here for a reason past idle provocation.

[He doesn't turn back around, but he's not leaving at least?]

This isn't a compliment, it does not outweigh the long list of cowardly and reprehensible things you continue to do, and I'm still going to kill you before long, but you did the right thing with Soma.

He didn't deserve the fate in store for him. Nor did Thomasin.

...ah, the girl from your previous group.
no subject
[One hand curled into a fist at his side, but the shouting rage was nowhere to be seen or heard. Ardyn was tense, but for now that fury was a restrained one.]
She was a child, Xander. A little girl barely Thomasin's elder who had no idea her powers had even hurt someone. And your handlers, whoever Kip and PAL answered to, let her die for a crime she'd been fighting alone to prevent.

Peace. I didn't mean to insult. But know I know nothing about your previous group. They aren't even listed in your profiles. Until you all listed them I wouldn't know their names from any others.
no subject
...So you would have me believe even you know nothing of what's contained in the memories we've lost and yet to recall? Of whatever situations our respective groups apparently went through?

Your Highness, every single one of us has severe amnesia and several are bordering on nervous breakdowns. I rather suspect that to be highly relevant to you as well as the results of your handlers' experiment.
no subject
I know, my lack of information is bordering on idiotic. But that is the logic at employ and what I have to work with. Any grumbling on my end does little so best to bite my tongue and do what I can with it.
