[The Champions have now been here for one week, and while the dud of a first incentive didn't tempt anybody, the fact remains obvious: a lack of murder isn't going to be the thing that gets you out of here.

Blaze Dudely and Rox have not made a reappearance since Tuesday, leaving you to your own devices for the moment. That door they entered and exited through remains locked, and there is no new area to access this week. Are you sure they're even still back there? Despite their absence, you all wake up on Sunday morning from strange dreams. What to make of it?

You can only hope it's not a bad omen for the rest of the week.]

[Honestly... Osomatsu wasn't very effected by this death. He's seen a lot of people die -- his own brother was dead for a skit, once so it doesn't really click with him that it's real. He flinches a little with the gunshot and watches her fall to the ground, but stares at her as he waits for someone to yell "cut!" and her to get back up.

But that doesn't happen.

All that happens is that his younger brother holds on to his arm tightly, looking pale like he might pass out at any moment and that has Osomatsu realizing that maybe... she won't be getting back up.]


....was that real?

[He asks his brother this softly, under his breath.]

[karappo]

[Karamatsu feels a chill, an awful chill, rush down his spine at Osomatsu's question. Because even if he hasn't voiced it aloud, he knows in his heart of hearts that yes. Yes, that was real. That was very, very real, and...Chloe...

Karamatsu swallows against a dry throat and takes a step closer to Osomatsu, forcing himself to look slightly to the left of where the corpse is.]

W...we should...not stay here.

[titularly]

[The longer the two stay there, the more the room starts to smell like copper and honestly that alone is starting to convince the elder brother the harsh reality of the situation even more. Not to mention it's making his stomach turn with the smell...]

L-let's um... let's go back to bed.

[Osomatsu says this, but it takes him a moment to actually start to move, as if his feet are firmly glued to the ground.. but he does start to drag his brother back towards the rooms, looking over his shoulder as he does.]

[karappo]

[Karamatsu doesn't need to be told twice, but moving is...hard. It's definitely hard. He's glad that Osomatsu thinks to pull him along, because that's what finally gets him going as people start yelling, or trying to throw things, or attempting to have some sort of moment to grieve for the sudden death.

Karamatsu would feel bad for leaving but he just...can't stay here any longer. It would be in everyone's best interest not to be, honestly, but that is their choice.]

[People deal with grief and serious situations in their own ways.. some scream over the death of a loved one, some stand there with disbelief on their expressions until someone else force them to leave, and others just.. have to get out of there somehow.

Osomatsu's not going to scream over her death, nor is he just going to stand there and be in the way so going back to their room is for the best, honestly. And once they're in their room and the door is shut behind them, Osomatsu wastes no time walking over to the bed to take a seat, as a delayed bout of fear and sickness over what had just happened washes right over him.]


...th-that.. really was real, wasn't it? She actually..

[karappo]

[Karamatsu feels....not quite relieved when that door is shut, but maybe a little safer? If only because it's just him and his brother here, and he's really the only person he feels truly safe around right now.

Karamatsu doesn't sit on the bed. Instead, he just leans against the door and slides until he's sitting down on the floor.

He cups his head in his hands.]

...She. ...y-yeah.

[titularly]

Jesus...

[Osomatsu says that breathlessly, and he looks over at Karamatsu, sitting against the door with his head in his hands. He wants to say something to cheer him up but.. what do you even say in a moment like this? Someone was just shot to death in front of them, just a mere meter away.]


....I thought that... I-I thought that this was all just a gag.

[karappo]

[Yeah. So did he.

Karamatsu smooths his hands over his face, dragging them down and letting them rest on his knees.]

...we are in trouble, Osomatsu.

[titularly]

.....you don't think someone would actually kill over those video things, do you?

[karappo]

[......]

...It depends on who they saw. Our Brothers were on there.

[titularly]

Yeah but how do we even know if what we saw was even real?!

[karappo]

How do we know that it is not? The fact that everyone else saw something is damning, too. It had to have been...for Chloe to react the way she did.

[titularly]

Yeah but..!

[Osomatsu cuts himself off there, staring at his brother with a frazzled expression and a tight knot in his chest before he lets out a groan and leans his head forward, so he can run his hands through his hair.]

Auugh, this is so messed up! We aren't supposed to be in any real danger, that's not how it's supposed to work!

[karappo]

I know. I know. But...there has to be a reason for this. ...there has to be.

[...Right?]

[titularly]

Like what?!

[karappo]

...I don't know.

I don't.

[titularly]

[Well. There's nothing anyone could even say to that, honestly.

So in response, Osomatsu just leans forward and buries his face in his hands, the image of Chloe being shot playing over and over in his head.]
