[The Champions have now been here for one week, and while the dud of a first incentive didn't tempt anybody, the fact remains obvious: a lack of murder isn't going to be the thing that gets you out of here.

Blaze Dudely and Rox have not made a reappearance since Tuesday, leaving you to your own devices for the moment. That door they entered and exited through remains locked, and there is no new area to access this week. Are you sure they're even still back there? Despite their absence, you all wake up on Sunday morning from strange dreams. What to make of it?

You can only hope it's not a bad omen for the rest of the week.]

HERE'S A SUGGESTION]

Let us take her to her room. It would be much kinder than a freezer. Then we will appeal to the Overseers, Blaze specifically, and see if anything can be done.

When?

As soon as Chloe is laid to rest in her room. I will do it myself if I have to.

If you're going to do it, do it now. Don't. waste. time.

[You know what-] Do not tell me what to do, Seto Kaiba. I am making a suggestion that is far more humane than yours, and you now are trying to order me about? No. I want to help take her to her room, and I will not speak the Blaze Dudely before I do so.

You speak of her room as if she had some kind of emotional connection to a plain room on this damned station for a week. Do you know what moving her will do? Spread her blood [and maybe brains] through the hall, on more sheets. It might upset people. And we don't want her to get worse than she is. [aka decompose, bad enough with zombina okay]

Would you rather I speak to them? [He won't say no, but he knows he's not making any friends and supposes the answer is going to be no.]

You have no respect for the dead, and clearly you have none for the living. Thomas has already said he's done something like this before, so he will be the one I trust on this, not you. [As for the other thing?]

No. I will speak to them. I would rather face any potential wrath on my own than have someone like you possibly get us all killed.

You have no understanding what I'm trying to do, despite being excruciatingly clear about it, but fine. By all means. Negotiate away. Hopefully we won't have to move you into your room under a sheet before you're done.

[Kaiba has no soul. Lunafreya has decided this. It's petty, and she shouldn't think so, but by the gods of her world, this man is so infuriating!

She gives him a glare before turning away to Thomas. Someone who isn't a cold and heartless bastard.]

... I've done something like this before. [you helped him not lose control on Kaiba, he has to return the favor, and there's a grateful smile over the weakness] If a couple of us get her there- we use the sheet to carry her- I think you can get him to help us.

[Someone with some sense!]

Then let us do that. She deserves respect even in death.

[he nods, waiting for her and Kaiba to stop, and gently starts to turn Chloe so the sheet is underneath her, doing his best not to look. There's nothing flat and light enough to carry her on, so he folds the sheet over her face, ready to use the corners. He knows her eyes are closed, but he still can't look at her, even if she looks so much better than Anna's did.

The worst part is being able to make that comparison. He's fighting off nausea as he looks up at the others near him.]

We'll need someone to let us in.

[It is rather rough to see someone so young so very... dead... Luna waits till Thomas is done, biting the inside of her lip.]

Her PIP should let us in...

We'll get it open when we get there. If you're sure about this... [He hesitates, shaking his head as if he's driving something off, and beckons to Luna to come down to his level, gesturing for her to take the corners at Chloe's feet, and then to stand up. It's a long, heavy walk down the hall for a thin man and a woman who hasn't done much, if anything, physically, but they have to get it done.]

If ours can do it, I doubt death will stop them from working.

[Hey, Luna isn't as fragile as she appears. She holds her own well enough, though it is clear that this exertion is wearing her out faster than she thought it would.

It's not like anyone else will help them. It's a thankless job, but somebody has to do it.]

[He almost trips once or twice walking backwards - while he's "done this before" it's been a total of one time - and once they get to Chloe's door, he lets out a long sigh that's exertion as well as relief when the door clicks open. He doesn't complain, though, only asks her if she's all right a couple times as they continue, refusing to look at anyone else. If he has to acknowledge to anybody what he's holding, he's going to drop her and run.]

[She's worried about Thomas. He looks like he's going to crack at any second... though when he doesn't, Luna feels relieved. When Chloe is laid down on her bed, the Oracle practically collapses against a wall, taking deep breaths. She was hoping no one would be around when her body decided to betray her like this, but she shakes her head, looking at Thomas with as strong a smile as she can manage.]

Y-You... need not thank me... She deserves respect, and this is how we can do it.

[He shakes his head, if she can even see it past him trembling, but still takes a few steps towards her in case he has to catch her. Neither of them want to admit to how close they are to breaking, but both of them have to know.]

Not everybody would. [and he's silent for a moment, like thinking of someone else entirely, before realizing where he is]

Do you need help getting back? I can wait or I can get, uh, Prompto or somebody.

[Shaking her head, Luna stands fully up, slight trembling still seen in her hands.]

I will be alright. I promised Korra I would find her, and I can check on Prompto... I need not worry them more than I have. [She bows to Thomas.] Thank you for helping... And not being heartless like some among us.

[Kaiba's still churning in his head now, and the last part is what he grabs onto.]

I think some of us had to turn off our hearts. Sometimes you survive that way.

It seems ghastly to do so...

[Ravus tried and failed. Kaiba might fail as well.]

... it is. You don't feel real most of the time.
