[The Champions have now been here for one week, and while the dud of a first incentive didn't tempt anybody, the fact remains obvious: a lack of murder isn't going to be the thing that gets you out of here.

Blaze Dudely and Rox have not made a reappearance since Tuesday, leaving you to your own devices for the moment. That door they entered and exited through remains locked, and there is no new area to access this week. Are you sure they're even still back there? Despite their absence, you all wake up on Sunday morning from strange dreams. What to make of it?

You can only hope it's not a bad omen for the rest of the week.]

People hurt what they fear... even the kindest of creatures can fall to that fear. The Manakete must realize this if they still support humans, and know that reacting with cruelty will win them no favors. [She takes a deep breath.] Humans can be incredibly cruel to those they do not understand.

[A solemn nod. She had this talk with Kaiba.] And that doesn't stop at those who aren't human. Though we may fight darkness and monsters, man is its own worst enemy. That's what I've seen.

We cannot change that, though we can try. [And try they will have to.]

[A nod.] That sort of thing is bound to take many generations...but I do believe that's something worth aspiring too.

I'm not too artistically inclined, but I would not mind. [Luna gets some paper and pencils, sitting across from Lucina.] Where to start...

I've found it easier to continue when you draw something that makes you happy. I...had started with my friends.

[Drawing friends? Well then Luna will draw her puppies, one black, one white. And then a strange looking woman with her eyes closed beside them.]

And now she'll be drawing a woman in a purple coat with blonde pigtails.]

[Peeking over at Luna's.] And...who is that? A friend?

In a way. Her name is Gentiana. She is the Messenger of the Gods.

I see...then, as Oracle, she speaks to you, correct? [But in case you don't feel comfortable talking about Gentiana-] And then...are those dogs?

Yes. She has been one of my constant companions since I was young. [She nods.] Pryna and Umbra. I have had them since I was a child, and I love them dearly.

I see - that is very fortunate. Above all, friends in all of their forms are the most important things in this life.

[Still - holy cow, girl, you got to have pet friends!]

[Very loyal and smart pet friends.]

I agree. Friends are quite wonderful, and I wish the two of them were here with me now.

I should certainly like to meet them...even if they aren't like a person, I have always wondered what it would like to have an animal friend.

[Taguel and Manakete don't count, they are already sentient people.]

It is... different. They cannot answer you like a human would. They are also far more open about their feelings and have no need to lie to anyone. [She lets a small laugh escape.] And when you are not feeling well, they will do what they can to cheer you up.

That sounds so sweet...!

[lbr Grima probably killed everything nice about the world so because of a dragon there are no dogs for Lucina and that sucks.]

[Oh gosh Luna would show off her puppers if she could!]

They are rather sweet. I am sure they would like you.

[Just teach her how to give them pets and she should be fine, but. Sweet soft creatures...!]

They like those who are kind to others. Animals can sense if someone is cruel.

[The same you would a cat. Or do you not have cats, Lucina?]

Really...that's quite incredible - though, I would suppose it has something to do with the energies one puts out into the world. The feelings and actions...they would speak for themselves.

Animals are far more intune with the energies. They can see things we cannot. Some say even ghosts.
