Week 3

[Four people dead now - six, if you include the crew. Things have been a little rough on the Starfield Penitentiary this week. Blaze Dudely doesn't make a public reappearance during the weekend, so you've got a few days to yourselves to recover, though he's probably still sticking to his office hours if you really feel like going to see him. On Sunday morning, you may find that you're recovering a a few other things as well - both strange dreams and some new items.

In addition, there's a new set of doors at the end of the corridor, by that empty space where you'd been having your fight club. Looks like you've got a new wing to explore.]

Well, I sure didn't.

[ She rolls her eyes, flopping back on her pillow to enjoy the show. ]

Wow. You really suck at that.

[She. Is. Finally standing! Barely.]

Go...jump...off the ship!

[Go to hell!!]

[ Naaah. ]

You know, you could just take them off.

[ebonyknight]

[She sits down on the bed to show CT the skates. And tugs at them. Nope, they're stuck on tight.]

Did you think I didn't try?

[tuskenlancer]

[ She just shrugs. What else was she supposed to think? ]

They're really stuck?

[ebonyknight]

Yes.

[Did you do this?]

[tuskenlancer]

Huh.

[ She squints down, trying to see. ]

Well, it wasn't me.

[ She knows you're wondering. And much as she'd like to take credit, she has no idea how this happened. ]

[ebonyknight]

I hope--[She glares.]--you're telling the truth for your sake.

[tuskenlancer]

[ Withering look. ]

How would I even get those stupid things on you?

[ebonyknight]

You tell me and then we'd both know.

[tuskenlancer]

[ Apollo why are you the worst. CT rolls her eyes again. ]

Whatever. Have fun falling on your ass all day.

[ebonyknight]

Hmph.

[She gets to her feet and...grabs onto CT.]

You, too.

[And pulls.]

Wh - hey!

[ She realizes what's happening, half a second too late to actually do anything to prevent it. CT crashes off the top bunk and directly onto Apollo, and immediately starts fighting back, punching and kicking everywhere she can punch and kick, punctuating her words with her fists. ]

I didn't - fucking - do - this - asshole!

[Fite time. She starts punching right back because, well. It's time for a fight and she's not backing down!]

Even if you didn't, I'm not going to stand for this!

[tuskenlancer]

Stand for what? It wasn't me, you fucking idiot!

[ The cells may be near-soundproofed, but by this time there might be sounds of a struggle noticeable from the outside. CT sure isn't doing anything to keep her voice down. ]

Get the hell off me!

[ebonyknight]

It might as well be!

[You know what? She just needs some stress relief. CT is convenient.]

[tuskenlancer]

I never fucking touched you!

[ This is massively unfair, and CT is incensed. Her eyes narrow, and she slams Apollo hard against the bedpost. ]

You just did--you rat!

[This is a thing that sure is happening.]

[tuskenlancer]

Because you pulled me off the bed!

[ Of course she's gonna fight back. There's a few minutes of silent struggle as Apollo presumably wrestles to get away and CT pushes her back. All they need is to strip down to their underwear, maybe bash a few pillows around, and it'd be a straight man's dream come true.

This is nowhere near that playful, though. CT grunts with effort, doing her best to twist Apollo's arm behind her back and end this. ]

You swine!

[Alas, this was a true brawl. She's trying to shove CT off her so she can sit up but then she feels her arm twist. Oh hell no.]

Do you think a petty sellsword will defeat me?!

[She's going to try to slam her back into CT, trying to break her grip.]

[tuskenlancer]

[ CT laughs, sounding a little unhinged. ]

You fucking bet I do.

[ She wishes she had her armor right now. One kick to the chest and Apollo would go down and not get back up.

All she has is herself, though, so that'll have to do. She stumbles back a little when Apollo slams into her, then catches herself at the last moment, pushing forward again and twisting the knight's arm painfully. ]

Tap out.

No.

[If she had her own armor even this wouldn't e happening--but she hisses in pain.]

You won't break it.

[tuskenlancer]

[ ...

...She won't. If only because she knows that not everyone on the ship feels the same way about Apollo as she does, and she doesn't want to alienate anyone.

She holds on a few seconds longer, just to prove a point, then shoves away hard. ]

Don't fucking touch me.

[ If Apollo attacks, she won't hesitate to fight back. Otherwise, she's just gonna stomp out of the room and get as far away as she can. ]

[Apollo... doesn't move even as CT lets her go. There was no point to it. She just was going to watch her back even harder now.]
