Week 3

[Four people dead now - six, if you include the crew. Things have been a little rough on the Starfield Penitentiary this week. Blaze Dudely doesn't make a public reappearance during the weekend, so you've got a few days to yourselves to recover, though he's probably still sticking to his office hours if you really feel like going to see him. On Sunday morning, you may find that you're recovering a a few other things as well - both strange dreams and some new items.

In addition, there's a new set of doors at the end of the corridor, by that empty space where you'd been having your fight club. Looks like you've got a new wing to explore.]

[While not an immediate issue, it appears food stores in the kitchen are looking low.]

[By now, all of the fresh or fresher food is gone, leaving only approximately enough space MREs and other nonperishables for half a day.]

What a bizarre dream. Oda rubs his head a few times before he gets up to start his day.

Another pile of things is at his door, and the first order of business is to bring them inside and sort through them. The second order of business is to find Max, wherever she is, because he has a camera bag and Polaroid camera that he thinks she'd very much like to have.

After that, he sets up the rest of the items he doesn't plan to keep in the mess hall, along with the same 'take whatever you want' sign. While he's there, he'll first be eating breakfast and then reading 'Mystery Doors of the Magical Land'. The translation is poor, but the story itself isn't bad...?

Of course, he'd be remiss in not exploring the other wing that's been opened to them. He doesn't stay in the room of fire for more than a second - he's more preoccupied with the infirmary, checking to see what they do and don't have medicine-wise.

He spends a goodly amount of time in the exercise yard, tossing his new basketball into the hoop and trying to figure out how it makes confetti every single time he gets it in.]

[When Fukawa wakes up in cell 1 Sunday morning, she's in a strange place for a few reasons. A city she's seen before during their motive, a girl named Komaru Naegi and the information that Byakuya was in some kind of danger all come back to her at once over the course of a memory of a single conversation. Oh. And one other thing. She and Byakuya made a promise. She could control Syo. And she knew how.

Now she only needed to find a way to make that work here so she could control her, survive and check on Master Byakuya.]

Why... why am I remembering all this now...?

[Checking out the new areas Fukawa doesn't seem to have much interest in any of the rooms, though she stops in each. It looks like she has something in mind on her search.]

Something that can generate an electrical charge...

[...w e l p. If you're exploring you might hear her mumbling that to herself.

Also she might approach some of the stronger individuals if she can catch them-- Pyrrha, Apollo, Akande, Soma... although she seems anxious.]

Y-you'll probably say no but... I want to learn to fight. I want to be stronger...

[Please kill her for having to admit this.]

[Good morning, Fukawa.]

[He's been worried about her for a while. Maybe he should invite her to eat with him? But then she's approaching him and what she says has him blinking in shock.]

You want to learn... are you really sure? I mean, I'll teach you some basic self-defense, but you can't hesitate if you need to use it. Can you do that?

[He actually slept pretty well, for once. There was still no recollection of being forced into this situation before. Far from it. He remembered he'd been in the school for at least a year with no death or despair. He even got to see his cousin, Kanon, during the holiday break! It was so bittersweet, and yet...]

[Glancing at the picture on his wall, he nearly forgot the thing Touko said about memory wiping...]

[Ah well, Leon's got more stuff. He's really into the neat spike bracelet that came with some of this other junk, so he's gonna go ahead and wear it on the wrist that doesn't have a PIP stuck to it. Hopefully Max won't mind? He doesn't seem to realize it's hers, anyway.]

[There's also this weird replica sword. Maybe he'll leave it in Cell 10 for later. The rest of the stuff he doesn't want is being taken to the Mess Hall for trading.]

[When he hears there's an exercise yard, he's kind of excited! Like, there's baseball equipment and everything! He's just hoping nobody sees him actually going over the bats, balls, and mitts... Even though he kept saying he was over baseball.]

Rideaux makes a beeline for Oda's table, because obviously someone else wanting to take that boa is something he has to worry about. ]

[ Wait, are those his knives too? What the hell. ]

...Make that a few of my belongings. If you don't mind.

... Oh, right. That's a thing.

[You caught her right in the middle of breakfast, Fukawa. She's setting her eggs down now, looking at her fully.]
