[Four people dead now - six, if you include the crew. Things have been a little rough on the Starfield Penitentiary this week. Blaze Dudely doesn't make a public reappearance during the weekend, so you've got a few days to yourselves to recover, though he's probably still sticking to his office hours if you really feel like going to see him. On Sunday morning, you may find that you're recovering a a few other things as well - both strange dreams and some new items.

In addition, there's a new set of doors at the end of the corridor, by that empty space where you'd been having your fight club. Looks like you've got a new wing to explore.]

Ugh...

[Of course it's not going to be that easy. Fukawa reluctantly shuffles out of bed.]

J-just. Stay there.

[It's time for a strategic pincer formation.]

[And Pyrrha does the same, rising slowly, carefully as though she's deal with a real live animal.

The parrot is on the floor between them. Pyrrha shoots Fukawa a look. This is a classic tactic, if they can just... keep it there...]

[She goes back and forth between watching the bird and looking up at Pyrrha.

While the bird is busy watching the redhead that it's sworn to talk shit about apparently, Fukawa lifts up three fingers, silently counting down.

After three counts-- they strike.]

[It's so simple, yet elegant. Nothing could go wrong!

Pyrrha's already assumed a combat stance, low, arms out and ready to make a snatch for the robot bird. The Robird.

She gives Fukawa a silent nod. They count down, then go for it.

The bird is absolutely going to dodge.]

[Fukawa matches her stance. She'll leave grabbing it up to Pyrrha, but she'll do what she can to keep it from getting away first.

Sounds great in theory. In reality though, the bird easily goes upwards and the two of them run into each other, bumping heads.

While the parrot probably watches and laughs, thinking 'get rekt'.]

[Pyrrha could have probably done some sort of acrobatic flip to catch the bird, but this is a cramped space, and also prison just has an effect on those kinds of things it seems. What can you do.

But she counts down, and they charge, and the bird manages to just slip through their fingers, leaving the two girls to collide comically in the middle of the room. It definitely laughs at them, in a bird way.

Meanwhile, that... hurts?? Like a lot. wow.]

Ow... Ow...

[Yeah that definitely could have gone better. Fukawa falls back on her butt, clutching her head. It hurts.

It's a good long moment before the throbbing subsides. When it does, Fukawa opens an eye to scowl at the airborne robird.]

Urrr... If I catch that thing I'm dismantling it.

[There's no making peace with it now.]

[Pyrrha runs a hand through her hair, light red cracks of energy briefly running over her scalp. Just from that, huh? Huh.

The bird squawks at both of them, seemingly in retaliation. "Brawwk!
Pyrra Nikos headbutted Touko Fukawa!"]

Ugh... It's definitely not becoming any more friendly to me, that's for sure.
