Week 3
[Four people dead now - six, if you include the crew. Things have been a little rough on the Starfield Penitentiary this week. Blaze Dudely doesn't make a public reappearance during the weekend, so you've got a few days to yourselves to recover, though he's probably still sticking to his office hours if you really feel like going to see him. On Sunday morning, you may find that you're recovering a a few other things as well - both strange dreams and some new items.
In addition, there's a new set of doors at the end of the corridor, by that empty space where you'd been having your fight club. Looks like you've got a new wing to explore.]

[Varric has conveniently not seen her at her worst.]

You have some sort of problem with her?

[ aside from whatever the hell was going on in the hall the other day??? what was that tongue ]
Just not my type is all.
[ by any stretch of the imagination. ]

She's a kid. She'd better not be your type.
[Gross.]

Like I said, she's not. At all.
[ Hey, they're in agreement on the "gross" part. ]

Listen.
Okay fair point.]
Good. Glad we cleared that one up. [A smirk slowly coiled across his lips, even as shadow still lined his face.] If I do see you looking at her though...
[Bianca might have been out of commission, but Rideaux didn't need to know that.]

[ Didn't they go off on this tangent because he said she wasn't cute?? what do you want from him ]
...Back on topic, you're obviously welcome to trust whomever you please, but I'd still advise against dropping your guard too much with anyone. People will do nearly anything if they're desperate enough.
[ He doesn't say it as if it's a threat, at least. Just some... friendly advice from your neighborhood doctor. ]
Just my two gald.

After the last night, I'd say I know better than anyone, how people can't be trusted. [After all, if blood didn't mean anything then what did?]
Doesn't mean I'm going to stop. I told this to the detective as well -- the second we stop trusting each other, thinking of one another as potential killers, that's when this all goes to shit.

[ Someone else who had a strange dream, maybe? It seems unlikely that anyone would have just realized yesterday that they couldn't trust someone dubbed "Champion Backstabber", and he did specifically say last night. Hm. ]
I'd say it's a little late for that.

[He'd heard enough whispers and talked to enough people around the prison to have a general idea of what everyone had been dealing with over the past handful of hours.]
Look. One person killed another. That means we've lost one person to this sick game, and rid ourselves of a murderous asshole as a result. Compare that to the amount of people Blaze has killed.
What makes more sense -- distrusting someone to the point we feel it's better to kill them, or trusting one another long enough to figure out how to take this asshole out?

Not everyone had the same kind of dream, you know. I don't know what went on in your head.
[ He's still a little curious to find out what it was, but whatever. ]
Frankly, neither. I have no problem with working with the rest of you to find a resolution to this situation, but I'm not going make the foolhardy assumption that one of you won't fall for the next motive he comes up with.
