week 2
[With the sudden pirate takeover and the sudden, tragic deaths of the crew, the second week of the Starfield Penitentiary rehabilitation project is off to a rough start. After Price's call for parlay with the pirate captain, he was not seen for the remainder of Saturday but around 10 pm it is his calm but tense voice that makes the time announcement.
Buckle in, Champions, things are about to get bumpy.]
Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday

PUNISHMENT: Do Not Throw Away Your Shot
Only spectator this time is me. And mark me, Wordsmith, I'm watching each and every one of you until it makes a mistake. [He gives Hamilton's face a rough squeeze, almost hard enough to bruise, before shoving him away and looking at the robot.]
E-2, Rule 6-A. Take care of him then put him with the other one.
[One of the bots releases Hamilton while the other quickly tales hold of his freed arm and steps in front of him. There's no hesitation as it lifts its gun and fires one shot that strikes him between his ribs. He makes a sound like a half-choked curse before the robot fires again, this time hitting him in the chest. He finally stops struggling as red bloosoms over the orange of his jumpsuit.
The two robots drag him out of the mess hall, leaving behind a wet, streaky trail of blood in their wake. Blaze Dudely follows behind them, pausing only to look over his shoulder at everyone huddles around Akande.]
If he wakes up, tell him a rematch isn't out of the question.
[And he's gone.]

I really hate him.

could have not gotten promised a rematch]

So do I. That may be the point, though...

Well it's working. [She sighs hard, turning back to Akande.]
Do you think you could help us move him?
no subject
Yes. Yes, it is. [She gives a grunt as she kneels a little to get a better angle of attack.]
I can; he's big but we should be able to do it.
no subject
[She'll take an arm, Apollo can take the other. This is fine.]
no subject
Ready... lift.
no subject
He's kind of heavy, but Pyrrha seems to be managing just fine.]

It. That's the second time he's mentioned an "it". And what did Hamilton see?
[ Something about spectating...? Spectating what? ]
no subject
Renovations... spectating... it sounds like he's putting together the room for our murder trials.
[If she can trust what she took from that exchange.]
It's the only thing I can think of.
no subject
Like a court room?
[ She did say murder trial, after all. But why is it still being built? If you follow the theory this was all staged then all the components for this game Blaze has set up should be in place.
So was this an unplanned take over...? ]
They're banking on someone committing a murder then.
no subject
[Listen. Her school's court room looked like an angry Lisa Frank threw up all over it.]
B-but that would mean it probably wasn't prepared in advance...
[She bites her lip.]
He seems c-confident... no wonder. T-two have died already for ignoring the rules. I'm s-sure he thinks someone will be foolish enough to try and get away with m-murder.
no subject
[okay. just. deep breath. try not to sound like you're on the verge of tears.]
Nothing looked like he broke any rule, though! Alexander just... was investigating like in Rule 4.
Blaze Dudely's just a tyrant. That's all he is.
no subject
He provided a fairly substantial motive. Just because some of us aren't phased by it doesn't mean others felt the same. We don't know what will happen.
