week 1
[After being introduced to their Counselor, the inmates are left to their own devices to explore the open areas of the ship as they please. The counselor's office hours are available if any of the inmates wish to speak to him privately and, throughout the week, the cook and the janitor can be found here and there.
Each morning the inmates are awakened by Dr. Price's voice over the intercoms located in each cell announcing the time as 7 am. Breakfast is served each morning in the mess hall from 7 am to 8 am, lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and dinner from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m..
Enjoy your week, inmates.]
[ooc: welcome to week 1, everyone! This first week is a peace week which means there will be no murder this weekend! Feel free to start submitting threads for the benefactors]
WEDNESDAY
MEETING
I think it's time we convene and compare notes so we're all on the same page. We should also try to come up with some kind of game plan moving forward. Without The Counselor. There will be a meeting at 3pm in the mess hall today. I'll make tea. Paper and pens will be provided if you feel like taking notes.

[ there. short and simple and to the point.
and he's there a little early with a bunch of cups laid out on the table as promised, each of them filled with green tea. after everyone's settled in, he'll be the one to start things off: ]
Thanks, guys, for coming. So...I guess I'll give a quick rundown of what we know so far: we're apparently waaay into the future, living in space, and all of us are from different worlds and different time periods. Anything else?

[ What up buddy. This tea is real good. ]

According to Dr. Price, this prison exists to provide rehabilitation opportunities that wouldn't be available in a normal prison.
...Also, he doesn't poison the coffee in his office, if anyone was worried about that.

[ Shirou has food priorities. ]
Also, uh... In regards to everything. Who here actually remembers any of their crimes? Because I don't. Do you think we have some sort of mutual memory loss?
no subject
[to be fair, while he couldn't imagine some of the people here having committed the crimes...it's certainly possible, if more Concerning, to imagine his mind being tampered with]

I'm aware of basically all the "crimes" I've "committed". But the memory aspect is a bit... confusing.

[Donuts bring a group together. It's a lovely fact of the world.]
Manipulating memories isn't impossible. Especially if this place is employing someone trained in psychology and psychological treatment.

It would be silly to rule it out at this stage.

At the very least, it made her want to head somewhere and think, in this case, the library. Like several others in the last few days, Pyrrha's set herself up with some history books, along with a few others on space and spaceships.
She appears to be... having a strange time reading the story of the Bonder Uprising of 6969.
With whatever time there is left in their day, Pyrrha heads back to her cell, cell 1 where she decides to take up exercises? Push-ups, crunches, things that are easy to do in the small space. At least the door is open.]
