Week 1

[With the introduction to the relationship experiment and their overseeing hosts done with, the Champions are left to their own devices to explore the first floor of the mansion as they please. Cece and Kip will pop-up every once in a while to chit-chat but for the most part they're somewhere inaccessible.

Each morning the Champions are awakened promptly at 7 am by PAL's even, almost laid back voice announcing the time and each evening at 10 pm to announce when the kitchen is closing for the night. Unlike the Overseers, he doesn't seem to be one much for conversation.

You mean it? I mean, I'm usually up pretty early regardless... I can brush it myself but my arms are only so long.

Mmm, yeah. It's the hair potion I use. Kinda new but it's so good.

[She pauses for a moment to reach up and tug one of her curls straight with a sigh.]

Not havin that is precisely why I am so fuzzy right now. [No-Maj life is hard.]

Oh, a hair oil? I have a few of those back home... nothing here though. I bet this stale air isn't helping your curls either.

[Being inside all the time just has a different taste to the air, even if he doesn't understand air recycling or anything that might be supplying them with oxygen other then the trees in the garden]

Well, I'm sure no one is judging. We'll all somewhat stuck without certain things here. You'd think with all these theatrics we'd be better cared for.

You would, wouldn't you? [She sighs and immediately mutters an apology as she snags the brush on a large tangle that she slowly tries to work out.]

At least the soap is decent... hmmm how often do you wash this mane of yours anyway?

[He whines slightly at the snag, but doesn't pull away]

Usually every three days, if I'm at the castle. If we're on march or patrol it can be longer before it can get a full wash instead of just a dunk in a river. Usually not more then 5 days?

[She actually nods and then remembers he can't see it and laughs softly to herself.]

Mmkay... Some of the girls seem to be keen on washing it every day and that just seems so odd to me?

That dries it out though, right? That's what my mother always told me.
