Week 6

[It's been six weeks and with Ricky, Kurumi, and Lightning all dead, the group that was initially 20 strong has dwindled down to only seven. Thirteen Champions have died in about a month and a half, and even the Overseers are beginning to crack. How many more will follow before this cruel experiment ends?

And again at 7 am the mechanical woman's voice chimes to awaken the remaining champions on Sunday morning. After the initial wake-up call there is no new floor announcement this week.

And again the Champions are awakened they have regained one new memory from the ones they've lost. Starting again on Sunday, as well, Jamie and Bolton will be back to their usual office hours in their usual locations.]

Hey, Xander. [He hasn't seen you since the trial, buddy, and ho boy is there an underlying note of "how are you holding up?" mixed with a not small amount of sympathy.] Yeah, it's...a lot different than Beauty and the Beast.

I figured it's what Ricky would have wanted.

[He gives him a nod and a small not-smile, acknowledging it without bringing his Issues to the get together]

Is this the one with the Micheal Jordan in it?

[Jamie purses his lips, forcing back a smile that's threatening to creep onto his face.]

Yup. It's the one with the Michael Jordan in it. Do you want to stay and watch?

[kingshaming]

I would like that, yes.

[He takes a seat, eyeing the popcorn. He... actually hasn't tried it yet, and he's only eaten Yurika's... offering... so far today]

[theoverseers]

You can go ahead and have some. I made enough for everyone. [There is So Much Popcorn, probably too much.]

Have you eaten anything today?

[kingshaming]

Yurika brought me something, but it has been awhile.

[He picks a kernel up, and shrugs, popping it into his mouth]

S-salty-!

[He grabbing more tho]

[He laughs a little, picking up a can of soda off a chair and offering it to him to wash away the salt.]

I'd say good but I've seen Yurika's cooking. [Eat more popcorn, Xander. He'll bug you to eat actual food after the movie when he's out of distractions for his own problems.]

[Once he starts eating it's hard to stop- and the popcorn soaks up the churning acid that is all that's in his belly]

Is this movie a favorite of yours as well?

Not really. I mean, I like it fine but it's more just something dumb and fun I thought we could all enjoy.
