Week 3

[Come week 3 of the Champion Excellence Program the high-flying feelings that came with the dodgeball game last week has dissipated, especially after the...everything that was that trial. Satan Mask sure was a thing that happened.

Just like last week, right on the dot at 7 am, the mechanical woman's voice chimes to awaken the remaining champions on Sunday morning. After the initial wake-up call though there's a new message tacked on:]

Congratulations, Champions! By surviving your second trial, you have unlocked the third floor of the ship. A new mini map has been added to your P.I.P.! To access the second floor please stand on the teleporter and select the floor you wish to be teleported to.

[And again the Champions are awakened they have regained one new memory from the ones they've lost. Starting again on Sunday, as well, Jamie and Bolton will be back to their usual office hours in their usual locations.]

I guess? It's not like I'm really unusual that way.

[Which she actually has, now that she doesn't have to eat rations every day.]

Not everyone can walk for a long time.

[You should just sleep, Ricky. That restores TP.]

The other people exploring the Labyrinth can, but I guess that's why they're explorers.

[Yeah, but then the bad taste makes her lose it all again.]

Well, other than explorers. Not everyone is a tree explorer.

You'd be surprised how many there are, though.

[and that's why she's hoarding candy in her room]

Aren't there any other dungeons?

[voltrounds]

Dungeons, huh? [It's weird to think of them like that.] There are some, but not really any near Etria. Well, I guess Gladsheim is one now.

If there's explorers and adventurers there has to be dungeons. It's an unspoken rule.

Yggdrasil is enough for most people. Etria's been able to base its whole economy around it.

That's cool and also kind of lame. If I were an explorer I'd want to explore more than just one tree.

[voltrounds]

People have been exploring it for years and nobody's made it to the bottom yet. But if they really want to explore something else, they can always go and... well, go exploring. There aren't exactly satellite images anymore, so there are probably still places nobody really knows about.
