[Well that weekend sucked. The Champions are down a dad and a bean and shrinking their numbers smaller and smaller, less and less.

There's no sign of life in the spaceport aside from PAL's omnipresent voice and SIS, the helpful asSIStant who has some control over certain heres and theres in the spaceport. She (and PAL) are available at all times and can appear anywhere if called. There is, however, a new floor to explore. Just hop in the elevator and pchoo.]

[Yeah, Pyrrha's been with several girlfriends by now. It's not hard to piece two and two together by this point.]

...I-I'm so sorry. I had no idea. It looks like you miss her dearly.

Don't apologize. You... You know what I feel as well as many of us do.

...I guess I do.

[She turns and regards the gate.]

There's so many people here, but... none of them I can recognize. But there's still people I miss as well.

Indeed. And while I don't remember those from your group and the other... I feel like there is a missing place in my chest. I don't know if you can grieve for someone you don't know, but that's how it feels.

I think you'll find there's plenty of people here familiar with that feeling, myself included. As much as our minds can't remember, I believe that our hearts don't forget so easily.

[She sighs softly, crossing her arms.]

Sometimes, I don't know if that's good or not.

It's certainly... cruel. They say a man that's lost an arm or leg can still feel it tickle and itch. That it can drive him mad. I wonder if it's like that.

... I wonder how much they can cut off us before we all lose our minds.

[He gives a small snort that... isn't exactly displeased. If anything it's almost amused]

If... you don't mind me asking, what was she like?

I don't mind. If anything I should be the one trying to make up for my rudeness. Being morose isn't helping anyone.

[Though her question makes him pause]

Proud. Powerful. A very loving woman, but not one that forgave easily. She... could be hard to get close to, but once you were she was ferociously loyal and affectionate in her.... way.

You don't have to apologize for grieving, Xander. [If he did, than Pyrrha would be apologizing every day-- oh.]

...Oh. heh. [She chuckles, quietly, not with humor intended. It's more of an ironic laugh.]

I used to know someone who fit that exact description. She was hard against those that she disliked, but kind and showed so much compassion to those she cared about.

[Xander chuckles as well, though the humor is very clear in his voice. A little sad, but also actually pleased]

Forgive me if I'm off base, are you saying we happen to have similar taste in women?

I suppose... that's not out of the question. Considering I never dated back home, I'm a little surprised that I seem to even have a 'type'.
