[Well that weekend sucked. The Champions are down a dad and a bean and shrinking their numbers smaller and smaller, less and less.

There's no sign of life in the spaceport aside from PAL's omnipresent voice and SIS, the helpful asSIStant who has some control over certain heres and theres in the spaceport. She (and PAL) are available at all times and can appear anywhere if called. There is, however, a new floor to explore. Just hop in the elevator and pchoo.]

The holodeck. It turns into wherever you want to be, kind of. I used it to see- [ mmmm chloe's room isn't important to say ] ...a couple places from home.

C'mon. I'll pick the place, you just gotta get yourself there and be ready to yell like there's no tomorrow.

[What? Oh. The hand is surprising, and Junpei looks like he doesn't know what to do with it for a second.

Alright, I'm gonna head in and set it up, just give me a sec. Any kind of location I should avoid?

Uh, no early twentieth century passenger ships. Or underground murder bunkers. ...Deserts suck, too, let's skip those.

Trust me, an underground bunker is the last place I'd take anyone. But no boats or deserts, roger that.

[ She heads in for a few seconds to set something up and... ]

I can take us lower to the ground if you want, but... might as well yell at the universe from somewhere with a view, right?

Reminds me of the top of Tokyo Tower. Let me guess, you had school trips up here?

Just the one. But there's a great museum nearby I've been hella missing since I went back to Arcadia Bay, that's where I usually try to go when I'm in this neighborhood.

A music museum. Very cool, very... Seattle.

I've never been. I spent most of my time stateside around Nevada.

[He crosses his arms, then finally leans back from the edge to stare at the sky instead.]

You wanna protect your ears or something? I don't have Church's pipes, but I do keep up with him.

[ She lifts her hands towards them. ]

[He nods, waits, takes another breath, and--wow okay that is some lung capacity he's applying to just fucking screaming.]

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!

[Junpei empties his whole chest out, as loud as he can, as long as he can, until he actually drops to his knees to catch his breath, arms wrapped around himself, shoulders heaving.]

But when he's done, she walks over to kneel next to him. ]

You weren't kidding.

Hehheh. I've had a lot of practice. [You know, screaming. He pants a second more, chin angled away, then looks out at the sky again.] Good idea, Max. Feels a little better to get that off my chest.

One of Chloe Price's best lessons: when you can't beat something up, screaming helps. Arcadia Bay doesn't have a lot of good screaming places, unless you want to hike out into the woods.

Very naturey. Which can be cool, or can be... well, the kids in Stand By Me found a dead body, and that freaked tiny Max out of going into the woods much for a couple years.
