Good Morning, Champions. In the interest of maintaining healthy sleep patterns, a day/night cycle is in effect. Your presence is expected in the cafeteria in exactly one hour.

[The voice comes through not a large speaker, but through the device that's attached to each Champion's arm. Further investigation of the features of the device will reveal a list of profiles, a mini-map, and a list of rules. The hallways are shiny white and silver, with running lights along the floor and lights on the ceiling, and at the junction of the hallways is a sign with a knife and fork icon and an arrow pointing down the hall.

[Zombina pulls up the mini-map on her P.I.P. and holds her arm out to Karamatsu to show the map on it.]

Had to swing by there and get my hand put back on earlier.

[He tries not to, but he ends up giving her hand a pointed look.]

Oh yeah, a guy who looked like ya was getting excited 'bout space and was dragging people over to look through the windows. He pulled a little too hard on my hand and it popped right off!

[Zombina holds up said hand and points at the brand new stitches connecting it to her arm.]

Ya shoulda seen 'em freak out about it. It was hilarious! Though really, did he hafta throw it back at my face? I don't need ta hafta put my nose back on too!

[Looks like she already met your brother.]

Oh...oh, I see...that did not hurt you, did it?

[Even though you're...a zombie....he gueses??]

[Okay. That concern for her well being is new. Wow, um. Zombina mentally stumbles at that. It takes a few seconds for her brain to start up again. She did not blush. Shoosh.]

[Karamatsu huffs a laugh, lifting a hand to play with his bangs.]

Forgive me, I have just never met ah....someone with detachable limbs before.

[She shrugs and rubs her neck.]

Your reaction is honestly like... one of the most low-key ones I've gotten so far.

[Normally she'd be a little disappointed, but that concern shown is more than novel enough to make up for it.]

[Honestly, it's probably because he wasn't there for the limb detaching. Otherwise he would have no doubt screamed just as much as Osomatsu must have.]

At the very least, I am glad you were able to return to one piece. It would not be entirely fair for you to have to go around with a hand missing for no reason.

That makes two of us. It's a pain in the ass ta do a lotta things with one hand! Everything becomes like 50% harder.

If worst comes to worst and I lose a hand, then I can just get a hook and be Zombina-chan the zombie space pirate or something!..... Naaaah, that's waaaay too many genre's mashed up right there. I think I'll stick to being plain old baseline zombie Zombina even if that happens.

Speaking of your brother, it might get confusing if I'm calling both of ya Matsuno-kun, so do ya mind if I call ya Karamatsu-kun instead?

[A bit forward and kinda rude to ask that not even an hour after meeting him, don't 'cha think Zombina? It is the easiest way though.]

I am sure he would not mind either or. As you can well imagine, having the same surname...and even same sounding names got rather confusing at home.

It says ya got brothers on here. Yeah, that must be a pain with similar soundin' names. How many have ya got anyway?

I have five identical twin brothers. We are sextuplets.

That musta been one lively childhood ya had with that many siblings around!

Heh...lively is one way to put it. Chaotic is another. But all around, it is a childhood I would not trade for anything.

[Sure, having to share with five brothers sucked...but Karamatsu was always one of the softer of the group, so he tended to fight less over things than- say- Osomatsu and Choromatsu.]
