week 2
[With the sudden pirate takeover and the sudden, tragic deaths of the crew, the second week of the Starfield Penitentiary rehabilitation project is off to a rough start. After Price's call for parlay with the pirate captain, he was not seen for the remainder of Saturday but around 10 pm it is his calm but tense voice that makes the time announcement.
Buckle in, Champions, things are about to get bumpy.]
Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday
[ooc: Don't forget to to turn in your AC for week 1 and submit your threads for the Benefactors!]

Then add another master to your list!
[Because nothing beats a Luminary Knight. She just keeps shoving.]

[She states, grunting as she tries to push back against Apollo. She's strong, but there's a definite size difference here. Pyrrha's getting pushed back, and it's not long before she can feel the wall behind her.]
no subject
We'll see about that, won't we.
no subject
She looks up at Apollo, seeing that intensity in her eyes as she tries to push back.]
We... will!

...And headbutt Apollo. It's a legitimate strategy, don't you know.]
no subject
[She's definitely stumbling back more from that. Then swinging blindly.]

But again, Apollo's superior size wins out as Pyrrha's now pinned underneath her. Which isn't to say that she's not going to keep struggling.]
no subject
Do you give?
no subject
Her question is met with further struggling, struggling that... slows, until finally Pyrrha is just laying there, looking up at her.]
Okay. I yield.

She sits up, rubbing her shoulder and looking up at her.] You're a very good fighter.
no subject
There's a shrug.]
The seven Luminary Knights are the strongest warriors in all of the skydoms, both physically and mentally. It's to be expected. [Apollo...] That said, you put up a damn good fight.
no subject
Thank you. I've trained for quite some time to get to this point. [She beams with pride at that, actually.] The Luminary Knights. It sounds like an amazing task to be that strong. Being the strongest warrior... would be very inspiring.
no subject
I'll admit that I only started training when I was a few years younger than you. [She can tell that Pyyrha probably was training for much longer than her. Give her a few more years and she'd probably surpass Apollo. Is she jealous? No. Strong opponents mean she has a better chance of getting stronger.] I will admit I only wished to be one to be able to travel between skydoms. They're the only ones that can do it by themselves.
no subject
The Skydoms? Are the amazing?
no subject
[She shakes her head slightly.] Sometimes one's ambitions take them out of the realm of the ordinary.
no subject
[She dusts herself off, regarding Apollo with a worn smile.] Thank you for this. It was... rather nice, blowing off steam. I feel better.
[Not 100%. But better.]
no subject
[Destiny is a funny thing like that. She'll accept it. There's a pause before she replies,] If you wish to do it again, don't hesitate. It's been a while since I've had a good tussle.
[That's a compliment you'll never get again.]
no subject
I appreciate having a experienced fighter I can test myself with. [A simple smile. She likes ya, Apollo.]
no subject
If you weren't strong, I wouldn't offer another round. [She shrugs but... she's not exactly one for smiling. At least she probably approves?]
no subject
I understand.
no subject
Then... until next time.
[They'll have to spar after the trial. If you didn't do it, dummy.]
