Week 1

[After the initial introduction of the Overseers on Sunday, the Champions were left to their own devices in investigating the part of the ship they have access to to their hearts' content. However, the doors that Jamie and Bolton came through are locked tight and cannot be unlocked via PIP.

On Monday morning, the same voice that awakened them the previous morning chirps at them again from their PIPs at 7 am on the dot. There's also a pop-up message waiting for them: a notice announcing "office hours" for Bolton in the library and Jamie in the art room every day from here on out.

Still...I don't know why it'd be made into a tradition, myself. It's terribly unsettling!

Er...even so, were you really out traveling so long and in such dangerous places that such a thing was necessary?

A war's on, and the Jovians really don't like it when you try to go somewhere they've taken over. We were trying to save stranded civilians there.

Well...gosh, then, why not have specialists on board for people passing away?

It would be a whole lot easier with computers, though! If they had to fuse these things to our arms, they could at least make an IM network.

Yeah, it might make people not risk themselves dying to talk to someone, too. Although then we'd all become shut-ins.

We could only hope there would be one on the theoretical PIP client.
