[ When people arrive, Clarith is waiting with her Levin Bible in hand. Afterward, they can all file into the rest area, where hopefully someone has made food! She's sure someone would have, but she wanted to just... Get the funeral done. ]

... well, maybe not right away... just so long as it's someone who wouldn't do more harm to you than you could do to them.

[ Or at least Nishitani and Ardyn. A.k.a. the exact people he shouldn't mouth off to. ]

[ she was trying to spare your feelings, geez, choro.

It's still a bit strange hearing that, you know. "Yuuri-san".

Eh? Why?

Well, it's just been a very long time since anyone used it, really. Back at home, I was "Rii-san" to everyone.

And even here -- I'm mostly just "Yuuri or "Yuuri-chan". Even that's taken a bit of getting used to, though. The only person who still calls me "Rii-san" is Arianna-chan, I think.

[shikosuki]

Oh...

...Should I call you that too then? I can if you want.

[serrata]

... if you like.

[ She gives him a little smile. ]

It's what my friends call me, after all.

Okay.

[ a pause ]

...Rii-chan. Since you're my junior.

[serrata]

... That actually sounds a lot cuter than I would've expected.

[ NOT THAT SHE'S PROTESTING... ]

I bet you're more used to being talked to like a senpai too.

...which is what she is, but y'know ]

Like you wouldn't believe. It was Yuki-chan's favourite thing to say: "Rii-san, you're just like everyone's big sister!".

[ She sounds more fondly exasperated than anything else, though. ]

It's not that I mind, of course, but... it's just nice. Not having to be everybody's big sister all the time.
