[Just like the previous week the status quo is restored with frighteningly quick efficiency. PAL still makes the morning and night time announcements through the PIP on each Champion's arm, and still the Champion unitards are freshly laundered and re-hung each morning in their closets. Even the glass roses Choromatsu and Takumi broke after the trial in their fit of anger have been replaced with fresh ones. All signs that there was anything amiss this weekend are completely gone.

There's a new floor to explore, their "reward" for a job well done.]

[ Rhys places his hand over hers, fingers curling around hers. He gives her hand a tiny squeeze. ]

Me, sing? Nooooo, no no. No way. I don't-- nope. Not me.

[The reaction quickly netted a laugh from Angel. What a complicated way to just say no.]

That's fine. We can sit together and enjoy the show together, then.

[ He leads her on over to a more comfortable spot. ]

It is perfect.

[She settled in first, releasing Rhys' hand for just a moment. As soon as she was comfortable, she patted the space beside her, then held her hand out, palm up.]

[ He has only a moment to miss the warmth of her hand before he's grasped it again, once he's settled in. ]

[If it was warmth he was looking for, Rhys wouldn't be disappointed. Once he had settled in, Angel leaned against him. It was a slow, hesitant sort of gesture, testing the water to make sure it was something they were both comfortable with.

Of course, she quickly found that at least she was.]

Now that people are done trying to coerce me into singing, yes -- I am quite enjoying myself.

[ It might be hesitant on Angel's part, but Rhys welcomes it. Physical contact that's not him being hit? Hell yeah. ]

They tried to force you into singing? Seriously?

[Boy, was she relieved he hadn't been there. It would have been embarrassing.]
