[Just like the previous week the status quo is restored with frighteningly quick efficiency. PAL still makes the morning and night time announcements through the PIP on each Champion's arm, and still the Champion unitards are freshly laundered and re-hung each morning in their closets. Even the glass roses Choromatsu and Takumi broke after the trial in their fit of anger have been replaced with fresh ones. All signs that there was anything amiss this weekend are completely gone.

There's a new floor to explore, their "reward" for a job well done.]

Heart might be able to give you some pointers? It sounded like he has to get into like...a certain kind of headspace for it to happen. Um...but if this just happened, you might not have had any control over it.

Well, now I'm a little scared and plenty confused but I don't think I was feeling any way in particular when this happened.

Okay. That's...super understandable. So. How about physically, how do you feel physically? Besides 'taller'. That one's a given.

Just... off, really. Nothing hurts and nothing feels wrong exactly... but I can tell that something feels different. Ardyn-san said the same sort of thing.

And I actually think I feel... maybe a little sturdier? Something like that.

Good! No, really, that's good. Means it's not actively hurting you in any way, and if this is the sort of form Heart uses to punch out bullshit, then yeah, you'd feel stronger and stuff like that. It's just a matter of not freaking yourself and everyone around you out. I...guess.

Kinda hope this doesn't last long, like the other week when PAL was dicking around.

... Maybe if we're lucky and nothing happens, he'll just get bored of it once the novelty wears off. He does hate being bored, doesn't he?

Did you see Ardyn earlier? Yeah, it's...it's a thing going around. I don't know how, but yeah, probably because PAL is bored of all this happy schmoopy friendship bs. Turning a girl into a robot insect monster heart thing must be making him cackle maniacally somewhere wherever he's housed.

We're still trying to figure out who's lost what and who's gained what. It's a shitshow is what it is. I don't think you'll be the last person screaming today.

[ she's looking down at those big ol' toku hands again and her voice suggests she'd be wearing a frankly baffled expression of she had a face that could actually emote. ]
