Week 1

[With the introduction to the relationship experiment and their overseeing hosts done with, the Champions are left to their own devices to explore the first floor of the mansion as they please. Cece and Kip will pop-up every once in a while to chit-chat but for the most part they're somewhere inaccessible.

Each morning the Champions are awakened promptly at 7 am by PAL's even, almost laid back voice announcing the time and each evening at 10 pm to announce when the kitchen is closing for the night. Unlike the Overseers, he doesn't seem to be one much for conversation.

[ So far this week, Choromatsu has mostly tried to keep to himself, specifically to his room. He's a bit of an introvert in general, but with all these strangers around, no sign of his brothers, and most importantly all these really cute girls he's found it better to be alone. Less chance of dealing with someone who might betray his trust... or embarrassing himself on intergalactic television. Honestly, he's mostly concerned about that one. So other than at the meeting or here and there (usually getting food or something to look through from either the kitchen or the tattoo parlor), everyone else probably hadn't seen much of him.

But he's running out of ways to preoccupy himself and so today he's exploring a little more thoroughly, like an anxious cat, before finally just flopping face down on the floor in the rest area.

He just lays there groaning, but come at the right time and you might witness him talking to himself. ]

I'm boooooooooooooooored. What is there even to do in this place? There's no tv, no booze, not even any real books! What am I supposed to do here?! I could be at home right now doing something important like job searching or drinking with my brothers or, or...!

[ And in a moment that is far more characteristic of certain other brothers he starts banging his fists and feet on the floor in frustration ]

I COULD BE SEEING NYAA-CHAN RIGHT NOW!! I HAD TICKETS! TICKETS FOR A SHOW I'M MISSING!!! NYAA-CHAAAAN!!

[ And then as quickly as the outburst comes it dies back down and he's still and quiet again. Eventually after a while he sighs and rolls onto his back. ]

It's no good. Whining about it won't do no good...

...I should ask that jerk to compensate me for my tickets.

[ Somehow he still hasn't noticed anyone else.

Later, if you missed the outburst, he can be found at the pool side, sitting curled up and debating getting one of those complimentary swimsuits. It'd be something to do at least... even if he's not much one for swimming... ]

Who's Nyaa-chan?

[Takumi arches a brow at this embarrassing display, especially since that sounds like something he would have named one of his dolls when he was 4]

[ oh GOD, sorry Takumi but he outright screeches for a second and jumps up into a sitting position, grabbing a pillow to hold close as he backs up against the wall. ]

When did you get here?!

[ Not answering the question but okay ]

About the time you started wailing like a toddler.

[She was going to slide into her favorite room, by far, and see if she could try to work on concentrating her way through some wandless spells that were more complex than stirring things or levitating.

And then that happened.

Right.]

I miss my sister, too. [It's the only logical thing she could really get out of all that. Well and the whining thing but she figures reinforcing that will just embarrass him.]

[ TOO LATE FOR THAT QUEENIE

Because the instant he realizes someone else witnessed that, especially such a pretty lady, he is incredibly embarrassed.

He yelps in surprise as he sits up, face red. ]

Y-Y-Y-You h-h-heard all th-that?!

[ And saw. ]

[She bites her lip, trying so hard not to laugh at his rather over the top horror.]

Can't really blame ya for just wanting to throw a tantrum. This place is all balled up.

Rest room

[ ....... So Yuuri was just going to eat her breakfast in here and maybe try and work out what she should be doing with her day but it looks like the room is otherwise uh occupied.

She lets him finish, waits a moment and then politely clears her throat. ]

I'm not interrupting anything, am I?

[shikosuki]

[ He sits up immediately. Oh no... more cute girls... ] N-N-Not at all...! [ Please don't have seen any of that......... ]

Oh, I'll just find myself somewhere to sit, then.

[ And so she does -- she takes her bowl of tamago gohan over to the corner where she'd left her pillows and quilt from the previous night and settles down in her comfy little nest. For a moment, it looks like he's gotten away scott free. But then-- ]

So... who exactly is Nyaa-chan? Is she a friend from back home?

[ god damn it, yuuri ]

[Mai barely nods to acknowledge him and goes back to looking at the swimsuit collection.]

Some of these... they're strange.

[ he looks towards her ]

You mean the swimsuits?

[She holds up an atrocity.]

Dude, are you going in or what? [Seriously the amount of people that just keep staring at things contemplating like anything they touch is going to reach out and bite them is wild.]

[ He turns and frowns ]

What? I can't just enjoy the area?

You don't look like you're enjoying anything. Which, this place is definitely for enjoyment, so, looks like you're doing something wrong.

[It's... hard to miss the screaming, heard as she was passing by the rest area. She quickly ducked in, anticipating seeing some sort of massacre. Instead, she found the young man doing... whatever it was that he was doing. A frown crossed over her lips as she listened to his words, then shifted over to his side.]

What is a Nia-chan?

[shikosuki]

[ fUCK

he sits up, very spooked ]

N-N-No one!! H-Honest...!

[Ohhh, she's pretty sure she knows what's going on here.]

Is she your crush? Your girlfriend?

[He's... not sure what he even just witnessed. Like he debated interrupting the outburst, but he couldn't bring himself to do it. He'll just... wait for when there's a moment of silence?]

You are... surprisingly loud.

[shikosuki]

[ fuck this just isn't his day, is it... he sits up, bristling ]

Y-You have a problem with that?!

We all have better things to be doing.

[ Long-suffering sigh goes here, he just wanted to come down here to escape his room for a bit, maybe run a check on all the objects to see if anything else was taken. ]

But, unfortunately, we're stuck here. I doubt he'll compensate you, either. I doubt he'll even let you go, actually. We WERE kidnapped.

[ He just lays there quietly for a while as Roland goes on, feeling a little too tired out from his outburst to respond right away ] ...They have to eventually, right? He said it'd only be a few weeks...

[He probably pronounced that sort of wrong, but what is this.]

[ At this rate no one has to kill him. He'll just die from embarrassment. ]

She's an idol... uh... she sings and stuff.

[ At least this time it's the guy least likely to know anything about idol otaku stigma, so he opens up a little more easily about it. ]
