[Other than the reappearance of the Overseer, there's no real change in the routine. PAL still makes the morning and night time announcements through the PIP on each Champion's arm, and still the Champion unitards are freshly laundered and re-hung each morning in their closets.

No other floors unlock, but Cece and Kip will still be appearing randomly to chit-chat.

Yeah. I, uh. ... I've had a lot of time to mull over what works and honestly I just got tired of being hungover if I drank too much when the information that got back to me made me want to forget my existence. The reports I got tended to largely be negative a lot of the time.

Long story short, there's various things that help your liver work better and coffee's a good medium to deliver it anyway, especially if you've already got a headache since caffeine can help with that, so you may as well use it.

Well, that's why I don't drink around other people too much. Fallout's too much of a hassle to deal with.
