[Other than the reappearance of the Overseer, there's no real change in the routine. PAL still makes the morning and night time announcements through the PIP on each Champion's arm, and still the Champion unitards are freshly laundered and re-hung each morning in their closets.

No other floors unlock, but Cece and Kip will still be appearing randomly to chit-chat.

All you know is... something has to change soon.]

I'm... I can. Do a few things. It's not magic. They never fully cut it off. I don't know if they can.

Yeah, looks like they can't completely cut off natural abilities. Which is good, I guess. Anything useful?

It depends on your definition of useful. I can control the basic elements and some of their offshoots. Some are stronger than others. The one I can't fully control is ice. My specialty is plant manipulation. At least if they cut us off from the kitchen, I can force plants to grow for food, even if they limit it again with the PIP.

[He might not care, but all of this sounds very forced. She doesn't want anyone to know even if right now they kind of... have to know.]

I can generate electricity. It's not very fine tuned, but I can power items for a small amount of time depending on what it is, or use it in an offensive and defensive fashion. Nishitani can attest to that.

Yep! Nari-chan zapped me good. It was pretty fuckin' hot, but it ain't even any worse than gettin' tazered.

Still, it's good to know. Especially concerning the plants. Might be a good idea to have some extra. If PAL gets desperate for us to do something it might go for our necessities. Starve us out like a siege.

As long as there's water and I've got energy, I don't think anyone will starve. Or, you know, you might if I die. So there's that. Oh! [This might be a good thing.] So. Just a heads up. ... Nishitani is actually lucky that the PIP was holding back most of my powers. Really lucky. Electricity is not as strong for me as fire, but I would have pulled a Rule 7 last week if it wasn't for the PIP.

If my power IS working right, if Nari is having trouble with electricity or ice, I can probably help in some manner should something go south. I'm best at Agi--you know, Fire, and Zio, Electricity spells. Electricity especially, if my powers are back to normal. I won't know until I test it out though, but...

USUALLY I'm immune to electric shocks. Basically the only thing that SHOULD mortally wound my demon form, Indra, is Earth. I mean, I can still get hurt as Indra, but not as easily as a human would if someone needs protecting. I can take a much bigger beating.
