So Satan is Gone | Week 2 Afterparty
[Well. That was a hell of a trial, wasn't it? About half an hour after everyone returned from the trial they'll receive a note under their door. (Plus Togami gets a new handwriting sample for his book.)]
This is Kurumi. I gathered up some stuff from the diner and kitchen to the Cafeteria. Come if you want. Thought we should be together.
[It's not much. Just a pot of tea, some coffee, and some of that delicious cherry pie from the diner. Get some before it runs out.]

[He folds his arms, breathing deeply.]
I didn't trust him, not completely, but I was still taken in by the way he was actin' during the investigation. That the whole emotionless mad scientist thing was just a facade, and there might still be a person willing to help under all that, but-

What kind of attitude am I supposed to take in a situation like this?
no subject
And just me, personally? I'd say to take the attitude of findin' a way to stick it to the people that brought us all here to begin with. Don't accept their rules, don't accept that their way is the only way. Survive on your terms, not theirs.
[He's quiet for a moment.]
...in the short-term I'd say maybe go ask Xander if he'd be up for a few rounds of bareknuckle, but after that little exchange with him an' Margulis I think he might enjoy it a little too much.

As for the short-term, he huffs out a chuckle.] I have power, but even I can admit not that kind of power. I could certainly give him the runaround, though. Moving targets can be fun.
Hm. Doctor. [He's by no means calm on the inside, but he's stuffing it back down from the surface.] By any chance, after 900 years [!], did you ever teach yourself art?

[His sonic might not be super, but he still does an awful lot of running.]
In nine-hundred years, I've done a little bit of everything. You thinking of maybe a replacement installation for all this?
[Nodding to the remaining paintings.]

Everybody super Sonic racing--He looks down at his own portrait and then at the remaining ones that haven't yet been taken or burned.]No, I don't think that would go over well. But it might be a nice way to help remember people, places. Commemorations, when asked for. If someone wanted to pay tribute to Chitanda with a new portrait.
Art therapy is something that exists, yes? Maybe that's a reason there's an art room at all.
...I've never had an image of myself. Not really.

[Shadow, no. Please get someone competent to do this.]
Well. Now you can. Whatever else he was, he wasn't a terrible painter. And I seriously doubt he had enough power left to booby-trap anything, 'cept maybe with bad memories.

And if I end up crazy or dead in mysterious ways that don't seem like murder, well, you have a good idea where to start theorizing.

[Is that egotistical?
Yes.Probably.]I'd say you're safe on that front, though. I'm not the resident religion expert, but I was always under the impression that the devil's big weapon was always just words.
