I thought about it, the motive. It might have been just for a second or two, but... I guess I just thought about everything back home. The Vytal festival, the Fall Maiden, Penny... It could have been different. I could have thrown the match, I could have done the procedure. Things would be fine, and no one would be dead.

I guess that's how they compel you to kill.
