Couldn't begin to guess.

It says here that this one means...acting first and thinking later. Most of it seems to revolve around boundless energy and high impulses without consideration for the consequences, or someone highly insistent even in the face of challenges. Going into something with no clear plan, jeopardizing the likelihood of success.
