Week 4
[After everything that this case was, you probably don't want to deal with anything else. But you wake up on Sunday, just like before, with some new memories, and some new stores to check out.
Let's see what this week brings.]
Sunday | Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday
(( Don't forget to check in, and check your memory regains! You can also stop by the gacha machine and Xander's office hours. ))

[Doctor.]
It just- you know, it takes a little bit of creativity, not some plot device from a B-movie where you can see the strings holding up the little saucers or whatever. ...Xander and his bosses are unoriginal hacks, is what I'm saying.

Wait... you can time travel and it doesn't...? [ ruin everything? ]

[That's obviously what you were asking, right.]
But- yeah. Time Lord, last of. Hello.

[ not that she's bitter or anything ]
Unfortunate photography student, hi.

[What.]
What- no, yes, of course there's things that can change. There's some things that are fixed, but- ...it can be hard to tell which, if you're not very experienced.
[Or a Time Lord.]
But. Some things, sometimes even big things, can be rewritten, for good or bad.

[Yes, basically.]
Time is. It's not strictly a progression from cause to effect, not the way people think it is. The future can affect the past as much as vice versa.
It's like- oh, think of it like a really big web. Some threads can be cut or moved without affecting much. Others, if you even touch them too much, the whole thing collapses.

[ she sighs ]
Wish someone had bothered to give me a manual or something.

There used to be things preventing that kind of thing. My people. But now-
I'm sorry. That's not something anyone should have on their shoulders.

It's...
[ So many people have told her how sorry they are in the last couple weeks. But it's still not fine. ]
I guess... experienced time travelers can't be everywhere at once. [ She raises her right hand to look at it. ] I never even figured out why or how I can do it.

[Does regeneration make it better or worse? Yes.]
...would you like to? Once we're out of here.

[Physics, physics physics physics physics, physics-]
But once we're out of here, I'll have my ship back, and that means a pretty good chance at figuring out how you do what you do, which'd be, you know, a pretty big step towards not having everything go pear-shaped.
Or, you know. At least a chance to see a little bit of time and space without all the death and destruction. If you wanted.
