...My aim was going to be at least wounding the damn thing while the rest of you had some chance to regroup. From there I rather had some semblance of faith you could take it down. But I didn't expect to walk out of that room.

That's fine. This store does look pretty new... Oh. They have a game called Catlateral Damage here where you get to play a cat that knocks shit onto the floor. It's pretty fun. But don't ever play I Am Bread.

... Finishing what you started, huh. [ His voice is quiet, and he's looking at Ardyn as he says it. ] For someone who's been alive for so long and probably knows a lot of stuff, you're an idiot.

I didn't have a sense of taste back then. I remember-...trying not to let on to anyone else that I wasn't human, because I didn't know what I was. As far as I can recall, you might be the only one who knew.

Whatever's happened between then and now, this is the first I can remember having needed to eat anything.

So, the other day, after he was done with sabotages? Well, I pad him a visit. See, I got some things in my gacha rolls that gave me a brilliant idea. I took condoms and filled them to bursting with lube and glitter, and one with water. Then I took them in one of the dakimakura to his office. Before he let me in, I cooled the condoms just enough to make them brittle. It made pouring them onto the ground slower work, but hey, fifty balloons filled with something super slippery all over the floor? It was worth the totally stunned look on his face when I explained things to him. Left him standing in the middle of the room, yelling something about a Dusk Dragon, surrounded by pretty much lube bombs.

...I know. Touko and Varric alike already lectured me for it, I just...reacted. I wasn't thinking past 'give everyone time to escape' and 'hurt it before it kills you'.
