[It's been about a week since the Champions woke up in their new consumerist hellscape of a temporary home and, despite a few odd goings on and the bomb incident with Church and Nari, things haven't been as bad as they could be. No one is even dead yet! But let's see how long that lasts.

I d-don't exactly look like someone who has e-experience with love... p-people expect that writing romance novels means you're intimately familiar with it or something.

I just thought writing romance novels meant you understood what love should be. After all, people read them to find the truth in their hearts, the things they've always wanted!

Th-that's right. That's right... I've always believed that people who have that already c-can't really write the kind of books people wand to read. People w-want to be drawn into a convincing fantasy. If your eyes are clouded by reality... y-you won't be able to create a story that captures that perfect something.

I suppose not! Unless you already have something perfect, and most people are always complaining about their love lives if they have them, right? Then again, I really love seeing those kinds of things work out!

R-right? People like that have no idea. They don’t recognize love at all. N-not without conflict. It makes them finally appreciate it b-because they had to work to get it. O-or something like that. It makes you want to see things get resolved even more.

Of course, I've had a lot of love troubles in my day, but I always knew things would get better! They did, too! But maybe that's because I appreciate love stories already?

Positive thinking like that... is really nice. H-he must be really wonderful.

Oh, absolutely ♥ We're childhood friends, after all, and we met again as adults! It was definitely fate when my suitcase flew out of the car and hit him, you know. That kind of coincidence just has to be!

S-so you were reunited... I like stories like that. If you don't mind me asking... what kind of person is he?

He's really dedicated! When he sees anything that might lead him to the truth or to a solution to all the fighting, he'll go after it no matter what! And he's the kind of person a lot of people get along with, even if that unfortunately means he had at least five women after him. But of course I had nothing to worry about ♥ It was a little touch and go for a while, though!
