[It's been about a week since the Champions woke up in their new consumerist hellscape of a temporary home and, despite a few odd goings on and the bomb incident with Church and Nari, things haven't been as bad as they could be. No one is even dead yet! But let's see how long that lasts.

Believe me, I wasn't trying to make friends with her. I...get the feeling I wasn't given much choice in the matter. But I'll take her thinking I'm a friend over, uh. Basically anything else.

No. It's not all terrible. It's stupid and it's fucked up and it's frustrating, but not terrible. And we get to meet some cool people. And some uncool people.

I know what you mean. I feel the same way. My home... is a disaster, but I'd still choose that over this. Those problems are ours. None of us chose this. Most of you haven't even had to live in a world where people who play these things exist. You... shouldn't have had to.

I'm... not good at this kind of thing either. I don't... have that much experience t-talking to people.

But it's weird... I feel like... it was okay, t-talking to you all.

Oh, I've got plenty experience talking to people. Most want me to stop.

But you're doing really well. You still stutter, but...not as much as you did the first day, I think. And after a couple go-rounds at this bullshit, you must be getting better all the time. And your knowledge of the game is preeetty invaluable.
