[After the reveal of their handsome and well-dressed but stern-looking Overseer on Sunday, the Champions were left to their own devices in investigating the mall to their hearts' content. At around 10 pm every night the lights in all the shops will go down and the sturdy metal grates over the doors of the restaurants will go down. The stores will remain unlocked, though.

On Monday morning, a buzzing alarm chirps at them again from their PIPs at 7 am on the dot. There's also a pop-up message waiting for them: a notice announcing Xander will be holding office hours

I really kinda don't wanna talk about him right now or I'm liable to go punch something, and this here's my punching arm. [Not actually go punch something, but it makes him angry and anxious and scared and disappointed all at the same time and he doesn't know what to do with that other than...get angrier.]

...Yeah, guess I'm tired, but I'm up for the company. People have been visiting all day. It's...been nice? It's like they care. Even though they don't have much reason to other than they're not murderous fuckheads, hopefully.

There's no need to worry. He's been hiding in his room since. One of the other boys tried to knock the door down but didn't get a response. [Even if he isn't planing anything he can know that others have tried already.]

I don't think anyone here will go that far. There's no reason for it...Though it doesn't seem like we'll get a real answer as to why we're here.
