[After the reveal of their handsome and well-dressed but stern-looking Overseer on Sunday, the Champions were left to their own devices in investigating the mall to their hearts' content. At around 10 pm every night the lights in all the shops will go down and the sturdy metal grates over the doors of the restaurants will go down. The stores will remain unlocked, though.

On Monday morning, a buzzing alarm chirps at them again from their PIPs at 7 am on the dot. There's also a pop-up message waiting for them: a notice announcing Xander will be holding office hours

Why would you feel attachment to people you've met two days ago? That hardly makes any sense.

Beats me. Never been like this before in my life. Except with cats. [It's gross] Muscle memories. But like, with emotions.

That can't be something that actually happens, can it? Even if we have forgotten some unknown stretch of time or something to that effect, that simply means it's lost. A concept like muscle memory can't possibly apply to one's memories and emotions.

Have you never met a trauma victim? Even if they don't remember-remember the trauma that was inflicted, if they feel the same emotion of that situation, it can trigger them.

Not to the extent you're describing, I haven't. Most of those that I've met remember the manner of traumas they lived through--I can't quite imagine forgetting or blocking out something catastrophic enough to leave such a mark on one's psychological state.

... lucky you. [ANYWAYS] So since you're clearly not used to eating, avoid SpaceDonalds are whatever it's called. Go for vegetables. Plain, no dressing, so as to not disrupt your stomach too much. Or even plain bread. You can work up to flavored things.

Don't be a child and eat your damn veggies. You'll avoid things like constipation and malnutrition that way.
