He can't look at or move another body, he really can't take it, instead following Korra. He would know if something's out of place in here.]

Did you see either of them? Did they look bad?

[Thomas is particularly suited for this. He has, after all, been keeping an eye on the knives since the beginning.

[a pause, to keep herself from choking]

She looked awful.

...no. [he barely knew her, thought she was shy of him - a lot of people are, he knows he's kind of strange - but he can't picture this girl who seemed like she could survive so well all cut and bloodied and dying. Chloe's death was almost clean, this one? No.] She doesn't deserve that. You didn't deserve to see it. I'm sorry.

But I'm worried about Akira and Yuri.

[He hasn't found the knife; it has to have been in Miki or Chitose's body and he's going to have to do something about this.]

One of them- when we figure out who did this, they're going to do something dangerous. We'll have to stop them. [he's in no way equal to it, he can't even go look at the bodies after seeing Chloe's as long as he did]

[He doesn't even have to count to see what's wrong, and he's paler as he looks in the sink and even inside the refrigerator, popping doors and leaving them open. ]

...l don't want to assume, but... I think we might have our murder weapon.

[What kind would be missing, specifically? I realize we have an area clear but it's relevant to him]
