[Max doesn't bother putting out any flyers for this or anything; he's already discussed the movie party with a lot of people, and he'll probably round up anybody he's missed while he's getting ready. The preparations aren't anything too fancy. He's put a soda by each seat, along with a little plastic cup of popcorn. It's not a lot of work, but it's a fair amount of cups - maybe someone can help get it ready?

Regardless, he'll lean out the door and call when he's done:]

Hey, dudes, come watch Star Wars with us!

Oh, like, the Luc- thing? [He realizes belatedly that that sounds indistinguishable from Luke when he says it out loud.] It means "light" in Latin.

Latin, huh? That's what it means in ancient Lucian, too.

[Yeah, he literally comes from the Kingdom of Light. It rocks.]

Oh, so they just called themselves Light People? That's a big name to take.

Hah! Well, I dunno what they were thinking thousands of years ago when they named the kingdom, but I'm proud to be a born and bred Light Person. Like... like a Soldier of Light or something. Awesome.

Haha, nah, I've only been in there once. Noct has his own apartment in the city so we'd always hang out there or at the arcade and stuff after school.

He’s allowed to go to the arcade? Where I’m from, the President’s kid would have bodyguards all the time - oh, wait, is it ‘cause he’s magic? Or - shit, are you the bodyguard?

Me? Nooo! Do I look like bodyguard material to you? Nah, dude, we were in the same year at school, that's how we met.

[He bobs his head, grinning.]

Noct does have a bodyguard, but, well... he doesn't really go in for the whole 'royal treatment' thing. That's why he went to a normal school and got to have his own apartment away from the Citadel. And... and usually, Insomnia was pretty safe.

[But let's not dwell on Insomnia.]

Gladio did save him from a drunk once, though. [He draws a finger down his face, over one eye.] He got a scar from it, too, like this.

Shit, I mean, if you're gonna have a scar, that's a really cool one to have. I've, uh, just got a few from really stupid things.
