Week 1

[After the initial introduction of the Overseers, the Champions were left to their own devices in investigating the part of the ship they have access to to their hearts' content. However, the doors that Blaze Dudely and Rox came through are locked tight and cannot be unlocked via PIP.

On Wednesday morning, the same voice that awakened them the previous morning chirps at them again from their PIPs at 7 am on the dot.

.....well, yeah. Probably shouldn't be telling you this as an adult or whatever, but I know a lotta people who dropped out and were fine. It's not really the end of the world.

So, were you going there just for normal high school stuff, or are you an artist too?

I was going for just normal school stuff. The science program there was pretty good, but...eh. I just didn't care in the end.

You can always get your GED later if you need it. I didn't do that, but it sounds a lot quicker than going through all four years. And if you need to go do other things to take care of yourself or whatever, then -

[Shrug. God, he is a wildly irresponsible adult. But also it seems like a dick move to lecture a kid about staying in school while they're kidnap victims in a spaceship and also he barely knows her.]

Got any idea of what you wanna do now? I mean, in a hypothetical where we aren't in fucking space jail.

Fuck, man. I don't know. I've just been satisfied living day-to-day, but...maybe if I could get through the weird, unreal week of my life I left? I always liked inking things. It'd be fun to try doing it again, marking up the world with my pen.

Or, shit. Just a roadtrip. See something other than the shitty streets of my town.
