Exactly! I actually met a Faunus girl with cat ears not long before I came here. It can be almost any kind of extra-human anatomy, though.

As far as we know, yes! They've existed almost as long as humans have. Though, um, they only fairly recently were recognized as legally having equal standing as humans.
