The hallways are shiny white and silver, with running lights along the floor and lights on the ceiling, and at the junction of the hallways is a sign with a knife and fork icon and an arrow pointing down the hall.

True, there must be some kind of even skeleton crew, even if they rotate out. Unless this has reached the point of being autonomous.

That they was NASA. Or, I don’t know, the Russian space program. I’m pretty sure nobody has artificial gravity invented.

Hm. That's absolutely where the money goes, but I can tell you with certainty that nobody I know of was building a space station specifically to attack another country. Or even building a space station at all. Not any more than the ones already up there.

Me neither. Buuuut it’d probably be secret, if you can keep an enormous space station secret. Which I would think you couldn’t do, but also I can’t see Earth from here.

To be fair, this also likely isn't even real. They can make the outside look however they want to.
