Week 5

[Five weeks in, and suddenly your numbers have been reduced by a lot. All evidence of Oda's methodical slaughter has been wiped away by the robots, but getting rid of the memories isn't going to be so easy. Not to mention the emotional scars.

Again on Sunday morning, you'll find yourselves with some new memories and some new items. Today, however, there are no new rooms.]

[ CT had woken up to another small collection of items outside her door. The ring looks cheap, and too small for any finger except her pinky, and she sets it aside for the moment, not sure what to do with it.

The most intriguing thing she discovers, by far, is her dog tags. They're unmistakably hers, painfully familiar...and with a retractable flash drive hidden inside.

She needs to find out what's on them.

But how? It's not like there's a computer lab in among their ever-growing collection of common areas. For the moment, she just puts the dogtags around her neck, tucking them away.

CT's been wearing her armor more and more ever since it had arrived a week prior. Replica or not, it's comforting to wear it again, and she can be found wandering - or prowling - the hallways in full armor and helmet, brooding.

Later, she she discards her armor in favor of her jumpsuit and a workout. She hangs her new punching bag in a corner of the exercise room and gets busy beating the stuffing out of it, almost literally.

[Pyrrha is walking by in her own armor, though it also looks like someone you would grab from a cheap costume store, instead of legitimate armor.

...Even she has to pause.]

Is that... something that belonged to you?

A replica.

[ She glances down at the foam-and-hotglue armor, already beginning to show a little bit of wear. ]

It's...the real stuff's a lot heavier.

[ And more functional. She looks at Pyrrha, raising her eyebrow at the...is that tube top and miniskirt supposed to be armor? ]

Was that yours?

[Excuse you, it was supposed to be.]

It... is. It's not actually my real combat outfit though. It's a copy, just like everything else that we get.

[ Hey, she's nod judging!! Well...she kind of is. ]

Yeah.

Guess they don't want us actually ready for a fight, huh?

They don't want us to reasonably defend ourselves, that's for certain.

[Just adjusts the fake metal guard on her arm...]

And considering that they have real guns, and we don't have anything, that's a problem.

Of course not. That would mess up their little game.

[ Game, test, experiment. Whatever it is. If she's sounding a little bitter, it's only because she's been through this all before. ]

...Yeah. It is a problem.
