[For the first time in several weeks there is no new memorial in the garden. No new body in the morgue, no bloody mess for the roombas to clean. Choromatsu is still in need of time to heal and constant vigilance but he's alive. They're all alive for once on a Sunday and, even with the terrible realizations their returning memories may bring, there's a sense of hope for the first time in a long time.

There is no new floor this week.

It's really called ducT tape. With a t on the end. But it gets lost in the pronunciation because the next word starts with t? Duct tape.

BUT, yours had ducks on it, therefore, duck tape.

...I have no idea why it's called duct.

Oh yeah. It's really one of the most essential tools of almost any trade. Its uses are varied and many, not just for taping shut a hole or taping a guy to a wall for literally no reason other than 'just because'.

It'll survive the ages. Even now, I'm sure duct tape's used for so much because of how ridiculously useful it is. It's practically a holy relic to like engineers.

I was unaware engineers had their own religion... but it does seem like it would be useful to them, so it makes sense.
