week 6
[Even with three deaths two weeks in a row, life in the Fantasy Sweet returns to some semblance of normalcy come Sunday morning. The messes are cleaned up, the bodies are safe in the morgue (or in Kip's case, still in a liquor bottle in the garden) and with this new week comes a fresh crop of returning memories.
There is no new floor this week.
Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday
[ooc: Don't forget to to turn in your activity for week 5, submit your memory regains and put in your threads for the Benefactors!]

I can see it. Thicker lashes and lookin' so thoughtful even when you were wee.
[And then she slides her arm around him, scooting closer and snuggling against him.]
I don't have any pictures of me at that age but... [She waves a hand and the book in her lap flutters open, flipping to a specific page. The people in the photos all move and wave, one particular girl blows a kiss at the camera, in the middle of the top row of the Pukwudgie 7th year girls. It is a younger Queenie, still with a little baby fat in her cheeks and her curls down to her shoulders, a few shades closer to strawberry than blonde.]
's a shame your pictures are so still, though.

When she opens her pop though, his eyes widen. Her magic stuff hasn't lost its allure on him yet, he's still so surprised and mesmerized when he sees it. The photos are an even bigger source of surprise and he watches them fascinated.
After looking at the young Queenie for a while he gets to scribbling again. ]
Is that normal? (ʘᗩʘ’)
[ ....yes he's also drawing little faces, what of it ]
no subject
[And he will notice that the little pink shimmer effect she does on her writing is apparent here in varied shades from all her friends that signed the pages of the book.
She flips to another page, a series of photos from a cooking club. It looks like a set-up from an old school home ec room mostly, except the one big shot of all the girls in front of a massive fireplace. And one of the younger girls from the Astrology club on the opposite page keeps sneaking into a photo on the cooking page to steal bits of frosting out of a mixing bowl.]
Paintings do too. 's part of how magic stuff works.... but! Show me more of your pictures? I am curious about bein a no-maj and growing up in the future and... It musta been so nice, being part of such a big family.

That's amazing! Magic's really incredible!
[ But she's asking to see more of his... ]
It's more annoying than anything honestly. ( - ^-) Maybe if we weren't sextuplets...
[ He flips through and finds a picture from when they were 10... ah, so that's probably what he meant by "if we weren't sextuplets". At this age all six boys look like this. The same hair cut, the exact same clothes, everything is the same. Not even any different colours to tell them apart. In this picture, all six of them are scrambling all over each other in front of a taller pig tailed girl, clearly vying for her attention. Choromatsu quickly scribbles something down. ]
Mom bought all our clothing in bulk to save money, so we always dressed the same.

[She leans over his shoulder to squint at that book, trying to determine which one is Choro... finally she points.]
That one's you, yeah? The lashes and... well you always blush like that when you're around pretty girls. [A smile, a playful kiss on his cheek where his blush is always highest.]
Who is she?
no subject
So he focuses on answering the other question. ]
That's Totoko-chan! She's the cutest! We've known her since we were kids.
We've all always had big crushes on her too (- v -)

[All these boys vying for her affections, even at that young age. Gosh it's adorable.]
no subject
She's still super cute even now. ❤
no subject
[She's guessing a couple years just by height but then again Choro's awful short himself so maybe not?]
no subject
Same age! She looks older here though, doesn't she? (' v ')
We're a little taller than her these days actually.
[ At that he flips to a much more recent picture of all of them in their 20's. Their individual personalities show much more now and they're finally colour coded! Hallelujah. No Totoko in this one though. She wouldn't be caught dead in pics with them now. ]
no subject
There we go, that's the boy I know. [And she kisses his cheek.]
Glad you caught up with your girl, then. She actually give in and date one of ya? Or if she can't have you all she won't have even one?
[Because there's clearly no reason not to date them. They're handsome young men.]
no subject
He sinks into his shoulders a little, face red and doesn't answer her right away when she asks more about Totoko. Eventually though he does reach for the pen again. ]
No. (; ^ ;) We've tried asking her out for Christmas dates before but she always turns us down every year.
Honestly nowadays I think she only cares about us when she wants attention. (°ヘ°) [ which they... always give... without fail...... despite knowing this........ ] Or when we're in our hot guy forms.
[ wait
your what ]
no subject
[She has no idea this is a thing in Japan, she's super confused now. Of course no one wants to go on a date on Christmas.]
Well I mean... a lotta girls are like that, unfortunately. If that's the case, though, you deserve better anyway.
[She just kinda stares at that last bit for a long moment, uncertain.]
Hot... guy... forms?
no subject
turns and give this blank look
and writes ]
You don't want to know.
[ The mechanics of his world are REALLY WEIRD Queenie ]
no subject
[Because she's totes okay with that... but... "hot guy" sounds weird. He's plenty charming as he is. Maybe not as devastatingly handsome as Heart or Church but if there were too many people that attractive here she'd swoon.]
no subject
Kinda.
But it's really embarrassing.
We were trying to be more popular and my brothers thought it up.
It's way too embarrassing though!! (>///<)

[ he pauses for a moment ]
different.
[ nailed it.
he tries to change subject ]
Have I told you much about what my brothers are individually like yet?
[ He points to them in the picture for emphasis. ]
no subject
Tell me about 'em. [She'll seriously end up sprawled out next to him all /chinhands]

Dumb and Dumberthe two eldest. He also flips to another image where they're all in their matching hoodies and their colours stand out more. There's also a bit more personality in this picture since two of them aren't dozing off. ]
The one in pink is Todomatsu, the youngest. Most of the time though we call him Totty. Don't let his cute look fool you, he's nothing but a dry monster. He's pretty manipulative and knows how to get what he wants - I guess that's just something you pick up when you're the baby? He's also always lying and hiding stuff from us or pretending we don't exist. Which is pretty rich considering he's still too scared to go to the toilet by himself at night and always has to wake me up to go with him! ( v ^ v)
[ a.k.a. Totty is pink satan ]
In yellow is Jyushimatsu. I'm not really sure how to explain him. He's just Jyushimatsu? He's kinda weird honestly, you'd have to meet him to know what I mean. Really energetic though. Loves baseball. Still acts like a little kid. But somehow acts NOTHING like he did as a kid? (°ヘ°)
The purple one is Ichimatsu, he was born after me. He acts really dark and creepy but honestly I think he's just anxious. He was really shy when we were little so maybe it's just turned into this? He also REALLY loves cats. There's always dozens of strays coming and going from our house because he's always befriending them and giving them food. They're kinda like his only friends, except us. Cats are easier than people, you know? They don't judge you.
He and Jyushimatsu are really close though! They've always been. Even though they're kinda polar opposites. (' v ')
