[Even with three deaths two weeks in a row, life in the Fantasy Sweet returns to some semblance of normalcy come Sunday morning. The messes are cleaned up, the bodies are safe in the morgue (or in Kip's case, still in a liquor bottle in the garden) and with this new week comes a fresh crop of returning memories.

There is no new floor this week.

[ ...honestly he wouldn't even mind that. He might kinda like it even. He likes girls that can easily top him and also mother the shit out of him. A "momme" if you will.

He lets her hug him though. But he's not as snuggly as he was Thursday. ]

I'm... not sure I even know how to try anymore.

You say being out here is better... but I don't even know what I'm doing. I don't even feel like me some mornings.

[Hearing that breaks her heart. She pulls him closer, tugging him down so she can kiss his cheek.]

[How do you fix that? How is she supposed to... help him?]

You've gotta keep fightin' honey. I know it's so hard, but you can't just give up. You've gotta get back to your brothers, yeah? Which means you can't let this place break you.

[ At the mention of his brothers he clutches the photo album tighter. ]

Do you... really think I can?

[ He's not so sure anymore. Angel told him they'd all escape together, but then she... apparently gave up on that. And now he just doesn't know. ]

We've just... all gotta pull together and figure out what to do. And I've said that an awful lot tonight but it's true.

Ain' no one gonna save us if we don' try ta save ourselves.

[ He's quiet, mulling over that, before closing his eyes and nodding. ]

[ He lets himself sit and lean against her finally ]

[She just cuddles him, keeping an arm around him, stroking his hair...

The same things she did for Takumi. These boys were so similar in so many ways.]

[ The cuddling is really nice and he really wants to believe her when she reassures him.

But he can't help feeling like he doesn't really belong in that "we".

He tries to think of a way to change the topic so he doesn't dwell on it much or worry her more. ]

Uh-- so you said I was the first one with a "major" arcana for the signifier thing, right?

What's the difference between those and the other cards?

[ He doesn't really know much about tarot or what the other arcanas even are. His nerd cred is bad and he's never played Persona :V ]
