[Even with three deaths two weeks in a row, life in the Fantasy Sweet returns to some semblance of normalcy come Sunday morning. The messes are cleaned up, the bodies are safe in the morgue (or in Kip's case, still in a liquor bottle in the garden) and with this new week comes a fresh crop of returning memories.

There is no new floor this week.

It is less advanced than this, or... than the worlds of most people here, it seems. We have no "freezers" or "robots."

[That last part isn't quite true but she doesn't know that.]

But it is beautiful, and filled with good people.

... filled with people...

[ It sounds so bizarre. It was only a year ago that her own world was filled with people but now the idea of it sounds like a fantasy, a dream. ]

I'd like to go there, I think. To somewhere full of people. Somewhere loud and busy and happy.

You'd be welcome anytime. You, Sir Junpei, your friends...

[Arianna is trying not to sound super ridiculously contextually-inappropriately excited and she's... not doing very well at that.]

I can't promise it'll be our very first stop but we'll definitely come and see you. You'll probably have all sorts of visitors coming and going once we all find somewhere to settle.

Of course, I will have to visit you as well. Will you be returning to Sir Junpei's world?

[serrata]

I... I think we'll be visiting, but I'm not sure if we'll be staying.

[ "We" is a certainty though, apparently, even if their location isn't. ]

He said Church-san said we could go with him, back to his world... but I suppose a lot of it depends on what happens after I go back to my world to find everyone. Where they might end up wanting to go.

You'll have to take them on a tour, and show them everybody's homes.

...they may even be interested in living in Caledonia.

[Which would give Rii-san more reasons to visit and would therefore be a good thing.]

That sounds perfect. Everyone's been so kind and... I'm sure, wherever they ended up wanting to stay, there'd be a place for them.

[ But she goes quiet for a moment and her eyes are a little downcast. ]

... it's sad, though. Thinking of us all splitting up like that.

Only a few short weeks ago, we were all strangers, and yet... were it not for my responsibilities at home...

We'll come and visit you all the time. I promise. In fact, eventually, you're going to be begging for us to leave you alone for a little while.

[ She doubts it very much, of course, but she has absolutely no intention of simply losing Arianna and the others once they all get out of here. ]

That will never happen!

[She seriously can't imagine ever getting tired of her friends. Any of them, here or at home.]
