[Even with three deaths two weeks in a row, life in the Fantasy Sweet returns to some semblance of normalcy come Sunday morning. The messes are cleaned up, the bodies are safe in the morgue (or in Kip's case, still in a liquor bottle in the garden) and with this new week comes a fresh crop of returning memories.

There is no new floor this week.

[Cece makes a small giddy noise and hooks her non-drinking arm around Nari's.] I know and that's why you're the best. [Another shot down the hatch.] S'weird, I always wanted a promotion but not, [She waves her hand in a vague way.] Like this, you know? Or even this job.

[How did Nari wind up so lucky to have such a cute girlfriend???] Oh? What kind of job did you want? [Please tell her more about yourself as she decides to take a shot herself.]

[A mixture of luck, determination and being cute.] I always wanted to just stay behind the scenes. I've done a little bit of everything behind the camera since I started working for the studio. Running lights, prepping cameras, holding boom mics- y'name it I've purrobibly- probably done it.

[Must be mostly luck.] ..... what the hell is a gaff? That's been bothering me for the longest time.

[She pauses, the gears in her head slowly turning while her words try to catch up with her thoughts.]

...I could tell you but honestly all I can think of is the time we stuck someone to a wall with gaffers tape and left her there all though that day's filming while we waited for the producer to notice. He didn't.

You're the best. [She pauses, considering something for just a second, and then takes Nari's face in both her hands and looks at her very seriously.] And you're pretty and I want to kiss your whole face off. Is that weird?

For you, I try to be. [There's some internal screeching when this is said.] I beg to differ on the pretty thing, but no, that's generally what people who are dating want to do to each other.

Hey, hey. [She moves in closer, practically nose-to-nose with her.] You are. So pretty. And I have seen a lot of pretty aliens, I work for TV. [She plants a quick kiss on her lips and smiles.] 'M an excerpt- expert.

[You're making her blush!!!] You are also drunk right now, so either you have no inhibitions or you've got beer goggles on.

She catches Cece's hand and holds it while thinking. Then with a smile she kisses the back of it.]

My family and few friends had a nickname for me back home. They said it was because I was flighty and all over the place, and unexpectedly brave and stubborn at times... You might not remember in the morning, but... If you ever want to call me Sparrow, I wouldn't mind. I actually miss being called that, but I don't want just anyone to say it. Only people I really, truly care for... People I'd do anything for. Okay?

She looks like she might cry a little but at least it's for a good reason and she's nodding excitedly.]

What? The nickname? It's spatzi in German, but I figure sparrow is easier to say.
